I got to my room late got ready for bed and upon turning down my bed I found bed bugs. I immediately left had no luck finding a desk attendant to share their issue and had ti find another hotel and I ended up tossing out my clothes my travel bag as you don’t want bed bugs in your life

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good with a variety to choose from with a delicious coffee.

The breakfast and cleanliness

Very easy to access…great place away from the city! Room was spotless and the staff were incredibly nice! The breakfast and cleanliness
-
The room was so bad and the staff did absolutely nothing to help except tell us to keep moving rooms, that we checked out two days earlier! Not only did we check out 2 days earlier but they refused to give us our money back for those two days. Never again!

Needs better lighting in lobby. Rooms need to be better maintained. Beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. Breakfast was ok. I liked that the doors locked at 11:00.

The pool was only open until 8 which was hard to make if you went in to the city and then would try to get back in time to use.

It was smelly and the staff did help me get back in my room but that's because the door locked from the inside due to the loose locks. The hotel looked outdated and the pool area looked dirty.

The hotel was great and staff were helpful. The only issues we had were the lack of bedding for the pull out couch and the toilet paper running out. Both issues were resolved by staff. I would stay here again
