Easy check in and will come again

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Female that checked me in was nice. Offered a cookie and it was delicious by the way! Ate at the restaurant downstairs. Had to ask for menu, had to ask who i can order with? No one was attentive. Was my husbands birthday- no one cared. I tried!

How friendly the staff was! No complaints!

The receptionists were very nice. The staff who delivered the food was very nice too. Room 1503 is a disappointment. The room is not well lit. little cockroaches crawling under the big mirror beside the tv. AC at the lowest temperature but still too hot. I wasn't able to report because we are crunching time. We were there only for a night, my daughter keeps on waking in the middle of the night because it's kinda hot. I have to use my cellphone light to add light while we are eating.

The carpet in my room was disgusting. Multiple stains across the floor to the point where I couldn’t walk barefoot.

Bathrooms had a few stains in the shower and floors but overall the room was clean and hotel was nice.

Well they didn’t give me the room I paid for and tried to give cheap gifts for the inconvenience. I was expecting way better especially after I had called to give them a heads up about my arrival. I also explained to the staff days before arrival about the event we are having during the stay, and tried to pay for upgrades to the be downgraded when I got there. I am so disappointed and felt disrespected by this situation I would not be returning to this hotel ever again. To think that cheap unaccommodating gifts would satisfy the negligent execution

I had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the Long Beach area.

The pool was freezing and had just one singular towel left -when it was opened there was a giant booger inside. (Literally cannot make this up) The restaurant inside had a rude bartender. My mom went down for happy hour and the menu says white wines were apart of the special. When my mom closed out he told her that because she didn’t specify which type of white wine she was ineligible for it. When I talked to him to try and figure out her tab he came off super condescending. Would not stay here again

Price is always a plus when staying here. Great and fair pricing with the Westin.

It’s a very run down Westin with stained gross floors out dated everything the bathrooms are gross and old. The staff doesnt even add your Bonvoy membership. So they Put us in a room right next to the ice machine. When they should have upgraded us to a suite. Then after the first night they tried to move us. They tried to tell me it’s because I checked in at 11:30 pm. But you should get the same service no matter the time.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the lobby and main communal locations are pristine and well maintained, however when we checked into our room on the 6th floor, I think it was room 621, we were greeted by a truly strong mildew smell. At first we thought maybe it will pass but after spending about an hour in the room the smell only intensified and I ended up calling to ask to be moved to a different room. The staff was totally accommodating and moved us just up the hall to room 607 I think and unfortunately the smell was still there albeit way less strong. At this point it was like 9 pm and we were tired so we just dealt with it but clearly they got some kind of water leak on the 6th floor. So maybe ask for any other floor lol. Also, parking is like $50 a night but I mean its whatever. We were only staying one night for a cruise departing the next day so it is what it is. Its a quick drive to the Los Angeles Port.

The was not information about coffee, restaurant at the desk. However another person at the front door was very helpfull with information about safety outside and restaurant close by.

No wash clothes in room, dirty towel left behind, bathtub was clogged, asked to move to a different room-hotel staff sent up maintenance at 10pm (we did check in around 8:30pm) which made so much noice trying to unclog the bathtub.

Claudia at checking was great. Overall everything was very pleasant and we had a wonderful stay.

The Westin is very nice hotel and has lasted throughout the years. The lobby is great with convenient coffee shops and restaurants. The location is amazing !
