Hampton Inn Louisville East/Hurstbourne

My room

clean facility. Safe amd quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff.

Very nice

The bathroom door is more just for the view, not real door to stop the sound, so if someone sleeps, it will be definitely bothered by sound if someone else is taking a bath

They had a large sitting space that 20 of our family was able to sit and visit. We played cards and enjoyed spending time together. The breakfast was fabulous and had something for every different appetite. It was a great experience!

Breakfast was not great

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Room was very clean!

TV did not work. shower was dirty around the bottom of the tile. room smelled musty. person above me stomped each step they made and it was very loud.

Very clean and convenient location

Great property like new and comfortable!

Very nice stay with mom for our family reunion.

The hotel room was less than expected for the charges and location just off highway for traffic noise. Not near restaurants for easy access. Won't stay again, Very disappointng.

Nice place. Typical Hampton consistency. Bathroom grout was a little dirty, but no other problems.

Nothing

Cool place room size very nice. Entertainment TV limited chsnnels. Checkout nice and breakfast was offered however I did not try

The staff was very really . The room was nice and I loved the amenities they offer at the hotel .

The beds were awesome On my last full day, baseball players started arriving early in the day for a big competition for the weekend. Originally, when I arrived I asked for an upper floor away from the elevator. The clerk must have thought it was funny to put me on the first floor in room #102 next to the stairs and side exit/entrance. It wasn’t too bad until Wednesday when the teams arrived, the teenagers took full advantage of those stairs from 2pm until 1am!! I had developed a bad headache in the afternoon and tried to rest but unfortunately they knew nothing about walking down the stairs quietly!! In the evening when I tried to go to sleep it was even worse to the point I met the boys as they came out the asking them to be a little quieter while almost breaking down in tears. I think they thought this was funny because they went out of their way to make it even more noisier. I eventually called the front desk and the girl was apologetic around 11pm but a lot of good that did me but said she would make an announcement?? I know the lobby by the pool table was congested and rowdy from morning until late night. My sons were in lots of sports and did competitions, I would have never allowed them nor myself to act in such a way ie these parents and children did!! Nor do I think the hotels would have allowed it, you should always think of your guests who are not there for competitions as well. They deserve a considerable quiet stay.

Pet friendly, clean room and great staff
