Very good

Building with character and good brunch The room was dated. Poor plug locations. Poor lighting. It was missing supplies when we first checked in - we had to ask for them. Carpets are worn in corridors. Needs an upgrade.
-
We loved the hotel decor, rooms were big and comfortable and the parking was convenient.
-
The location. Perfect! It just needs to be upgraded to a Marriot location and have bedding and amenities that will provide perfection for the customer Bedding, pillows, sheets, and the overalls of the room Carpet, window treatments need to go Very aged and not like European hotels Just below 5 star standard

This old world style modern amenities hotel was beautiful and very clean. The restaurant J Graham was very nice. You have to try the Hot Brown.

It is a beautiful, historic hotel that is meticulously cared for and with restaurants and lounges inside also convenient. Services top notch. Staff friendly and helpful. Great stay!

He loved it here! First off the staff is incredible. They go out of their way, which is so rare to see in a hotel. It is insanely beautiful and so affordable for such a gorgeous property. It was a gem and I hope to go back soon! My husband and I even had a little dinner in the bar restaurant after our festival and it was wonderful.

Room was clean and all of the staff from front desk to valet were amazing.
-
Bathroom floor was dirty - including brown substance by the toilet. Valet parking was not timely - promised 5 minutes. Over 15 minute wait. Plastic cups in $400 room. Expected glass. One robe for two people. No late check out available in an empty hotel.
-
We loved this hotel. We could not ask for a more wonderful stay and we ate what was probably the best dinner ever in the restaurant there. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

Shout to Doug & Mario the dream team at the door!! Thanks for all y'all's great guest service & making sure we were informed & well taken care of. Totally enjoyed our time at the beautiful Brown Hotel.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. There was only 1 washcloth to use for 2 people. Used the outlet provided on the box by the bed to charge my phone and my Facebook and Instagrams accounts got hacked. Expensive stay for overnight.
-
The lobby The staff had poor attitudes . The bartender explained the beer delivery didn’t come in. The next night the wedding party got all the beer . No derby pie which is listed on the web site . The service in the restaurant was extremely slow .
-
Beautiful historic hotel exceeded our expectations. Restaurant was amazing, silver service and stunning meal and breakfast was really good. Great choices on menus and service was excellent. Parking was easily accessible and secure .Room was really comfortable and antique furniture and artwork made it really special.

Receptionist was rude. I drove long hours and stopped for the night. She didn’t greed me with a smile but instead rudeness and somewhat aggressive. I checked in and behind me was a suit dressed man which she greeted with a happy smile and a warm “Hi”. That made me feel very discriminated.

Dining downstairs was enjoyable, but both days host made it seem as though we were a nuisance to seat without a reservation even though the restaurant was 1/3 full. Overall, pretty disappointing given the cost of the room rate.
