Staybridge Suites Lubbock South by IHG

Floors were dirty, Ice maker did not produce Ice, so I went without ice. Hairs in bath sink. Just a few housekeeping items that need to be addressed. It was a nice stay.

Very tight & limited parking

The complimentary social hour did not provide adult beverages as advertised the day we stayed there.

Outdoor wasn’t clean, a lot of bird droppings in the patio and back entrance.

The poor staff needed helpers. They only had one person/shift and they were spread thin. The overall property was run down and dirty.

This place is extremely dated. In need of a serious remodel. The bathroom shower didn’t even look like it was cleaned from the previous occupants. The carpet was extremely disgusting.

shower head was very, very nasty. I asked my colleague if his bathroom was the same; he said yes. That's terrible. I have the photo if you need to see it.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. It’s always clean, the staff are very nice and I feel safe staying here.

I didnt get my $100 deposit back

Not too clean. Carpet very dirty.

Rooms were clean, comfy room but parking spots gets full fast

Nice hotel. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Good location.

It was a pleasure to stayed at the property

Room was okay. Pigeon droppings everywhere and it tracks into the hotel. Limited parking and the spots are really tight. Breakfast wasn’t really that good as I’ve had at other Staybridges.

.

The thermostat was at 76. It was hot all night. I made a complaint but was never given a discount or had my room comped.

Very nice, location was great too Bird poo by entrances

Bird poo by entrances

The hallway on the second floor leading up to our room smelled terrible. It was hard to breathe. We found out the next morning from the lady at the front desk that they have had an ongoing sewage issue for the passed 4 weeks. Wish we were told about it when we checked in. We also had someone above us who moved around so much until 3:00-4:00am. I didn’t get a wink of sleep until they stopped. There was also bird poop on the side door and all along the sidewalk leading up to the door. It was not kept up. Our entire experience wasn’t pleasant.

Very nice was great
