Group Hotel Booking in Lubbock

Start with room count to make sure the hotel can accommodate your group. Then compare brand, distance from downtown, free breakfast, free parking, shuttle availability, and guest ratings. The comparison table on this page shows each of those details so you can narrow the list to what your group needs.

For a tournament, convention, or other event that draws crowds to Lubbock, request your room block as early as you can. Hotels fill up when multiple groups are in town at once, and requesting early gives you more options. Even a few months out makes a difference during busy periods.

When you book a block of nine or more rooms for the same dates, the hotel quotes a rate for the entire block instead of offering its public rate. That group rate applies to all the rooms in your block. You receive the quote when you submit your request through Engine Groups.

Engine offers consolidated invoicing so you can see charges for the entire group in one place. You have multiple payment options to choose from, and there is no membership fee to use the platform.

A room block holds the rooms for your group until a cutoff date set by the hotel. Before that date, you assign travelers to rooms in the block. After the cutoff passes, the hotel releases any unassigned rooms, so it's important to finalize your room assignments before then.

Hotels give Engine rates they only allow us to show business travelers, so a public page cannot list them. Create a free account with your work email to see them.
