We stayed here for 9 nights. The rooms are large. However, the breakfast doesn’t change. Don’t get me wrong, there are many options. However, it was all the same stuff. I would like to switch it up a bit. Also, the staff wasn’t very helpful when we needed help solving a problem.

Large, clean, comfortable & quiet room; staff at the hotel were very helpful.

My partner and I had a lovely stay. Carmen and the rest of the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who found me a pencil for the pattern drafting class I was about to attend at the Great Wisconsin Quilt Show on Thursday morning. I dinged one point off the cleanliness rating for some very long hairs that were in the bathroom on our arrival, and off the maintenance score because both the entrance door and the bathroom door had spots where they did not freely clear the floor. Admittedly, that's minor stuff, but I couldn't fairly give a 5 in those two spots. Breakfast buffet choices were ample and tasty. The breakfast room staff worked hard to make sure depleted items were refilled and the area kept clean. Having a kitchenette, desk and sitting area, and the ability to curtain off the bed suited our needs--what a thoughtful design! We would stay again when circumstances draw us back to Madison!

Clean and quiet.

We had a very late check in and specifically asked about the breakfast hours. We were told breakfast was served until 10 am- we arrived at 9:20 and half of the food items were either empty or cleared away. Asked the front desk on our way out if we had been misinformed and indeed we were. Weekdays the breakfast closes at 9:00 am.

I inadvertently left a relatively expensive panama fedora hat in the room when checking out. I realized my mistake on the way to the airport but, because of the flight schedule, was unable to return to the hotel. I immediately called the hotel & told them my room number and asked them to get the hat and ship it to me. I gave them a CC# to cover the cost. Lo & behold, the hat turned up on my doorstep about 5 ays later. Thank you Home2 Suites staff in Madison, WI for your great service and honesty....and for reuniting a "hat freak" with his favorite summer hat.

New hotel, spacious room!

Highly recommended.

Front desk always had something going on. We had to have our toilet fixed twice. We were there for a week and we only had housekeeping come by once. Breakfast was always missing foods or condiments. Went swimming twice, one time we had to dry off with hand towels from the gym as there were no pool towels.

Super clean hotel with fun things to do in the lobby!

Everything was wonderful and love Home 2 Home Suites. The room was so clean and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a vig group for a softball tournament and everyone was extremely happy with the hotel. The salt water pool and gym are so nice.

We will stay there again. Very nice hotel. Only thing that would make it better was a hot tub.

The room was a great size, with a dividing curtain between the living space and beds. The kitchenette area was great for a multiple night stay. The kids loved the pool. The fitness room had appropriate spacing and offered a variety of equipment for your workout preference. The breakfast would be the only piece of our stay I would say could use improvement, but was still an appreciated part of the included nightly rate. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to make reservations with this chain.

The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard but better than most places I’ve been. Coffee isn’t the greatest. There is a pool on the property which means a lot of water on the floors and dirt, which is off putting. And conducting interviews in the lobby with potential employees for all to hear is also off putting, but all in all a very good experience.
