Hotel Indigo Madison Downtown by IHG

We have been here several times, convenient location. Great parking garage. Rooms are awesome. Great coffee bar and restaurant.

Cost was high

Attractive and comfortable Cost was high

It’s new, good rooms and bathroom. AC works good too, comparable quit and effective Bought the room with breakfast included. Breakfast is a joke: 1. They supposed to give you a voucher for breakfast and they forgot, so I spent some time next morning trying to go back and foot bring this voucher 2. They don’t really have normal breakfast. Restaurant closed on mornings and they only provide or sell “Starbucks” style pre-cooked food.. no eggs or smth. Just bagels, sandwiches etc. I do not eat that so was kind of disappointed because it’s not what you supposed to call breakfast 3. No complimentary water in room. You can go to the stations in hall, but arriving late it’s adding you another problem to solve when you want to sleep

Centrally located and a breeze to get in/out of near downtown Price

VERY disappointed in breakfast this time!! We stayed here two years ago and enjoyed a delicious sit down breakfast in the dining room. This time there was a to go counter and microwaved heated up eggs. Awful!!

Nice place to stay. A little spendy for not having a pool or hot tub. Very close to The Slyvee 1 block walking. Worked out excellent for VIP concert. The bar was limited on what alcohol they have. Special drinks with large ice block taking up most of the short glass $15.00 a drink. Coffee bar was good. Except for there chocolate crascant French toast was still frozen.

This is a very nice hotel in close walking distance to bars and music venues.

Great hotel in the center of everything in Madison

Good location. Coffee in your room. Refrigerator to store goodies. Small but good gym. Friendly staff - helpful. Nice hot water in the shower.

At first I was taken aback by the outside surroundings of Madison but when we went inside, we realized that it was beautiful. There was very welcoming staff, easy check in for my first time hotel experience ever, easy garage parking, tidy room, comfortable bed, great water pressure and more. Definitely worth the price and plan on coming here again if I ever visit Madison again. The only thing we had issues with was connecting the TV to our phones which could have been because of anything: WiFi, my phone being goofy, the TV, etc. But live streaming and connecting consoles is available so we were okay. And then the shower could have been rinsed out just a little better, but we didn’t let it bother us since we didn’t expect perfection :)

Staff so welcoming and helpful, great coffee bar. Awesome rooms, quiet, comfortable beds!
