Great hotel that is clean and safe. It is a little pricier than other hotels in the area. Parking can be a problem (not enough spots in the lot, some in use with their shuttle vans and construction equipment). You may have to park on the street and walk.

Good hotel, pleasant staff.

Very clean and nice layout. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great value!

Loved this hotel! Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast too!
-
Great place for a mid ranged hotel. Only wish the curtains were better kept. It makes a place look less attractive when things aren’t kept top notch. The only drawback in the room was that the sink area to get ready is so small. That’s not a lot of room when you have two people.

Gladly booked a another stay with them, cpl weeks out 👍
-
Breakfast was great zero the pool is very small and shallow. No hot tub. Our room was down graded so we didn't have enough beds and no partial refund. We paid for a room that we didn't have.
-
Unable to make it because of the fires and smoke…..it’s a nice hotel but reservations are made remotely……Expedia……..no refunds

Fine, couldn’t get bedside lights to turn on.

Amanda at the front desk was awesome! Extremely helpful and so pleasant! Highly recommend her. Our stay was pleasant!

For the most part was a nice hotel. However one of the night time staff was very rude. Their tone was almost as if they were "talking down" to me. Our room was clean for the most part. Some parts were a little dusty, but we didnt have a problem with that. What we did have a problem with was for the hotel to be a "100% non-smoking" hotel(they had signs posted saying this everywhere), we found a lighter and a cigarette under our bed. We did not touch the cigarette, but we did take the lighter to the front desk. The staff working apologized but also didnt seem too concerned about the situation. Other than these situations it was an "ok" stay.

Well maintained facility. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Shuttle to Epic. Metro bus can take you all the way to the airport. At walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Electric bike renting station in the hotel parking.

We would absolutely book this hotel again. We had two suites. Just a small FYI the suite with the two queen beds is much larger than the studio suite with one king. We loved having connecting suites. The amenities were amazing. We took advantage of all the things the hotel had to offer, and it really made our stay so amazing.
