We arrived around 10:00pm and were very tired after long flights. Our room was adequate and located next to the elevator. When I went to lock the door, I smelled puke and could not get that smell out of my nose! In the morning, I mistakenly thought our buffet breakfast was included. It was not, so I was very disappointed in our $42 breakfast! Will not stay here again!

The hotel is extremely convenient to downtown and the SNHU Arena (we went to Manchester for a show). They have a covered garage which was perfect because of the bad weather. And breakfast was included, which was great! There was what appeared to be a cigarette burn on the sofa in our room. Maybe it was caused from something else but it looked like a burn or stain. Not what you want to see in a hotel room. Otherwise it was nice and comfortable.

Walked into property after booking 3 months ago. We were told our room was cancelled at 3:30 a.m. We did not cancel. It took over an hour at front desk to resolve for a very lesser room than we booked. No compensation was given. Next day cause this was a three night stay we talked to a high up manager who took notes and said he would get back to me and nothing. Very dissatisfied in how this was handeled.
