Clean and modern hotel with a large parking lot. A block away from local restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable but not much luggage opening space. Breakfast was average (fake eggs).

The hotel is True value for money and has everything you need. Very clean, comfortable beds, excellent location, huge smart TV, free parking right in front, very helpful staff, a bar-restaurant conveniently located at the ground floor of the building. I read comments of other guests complaining about the lack of closets. There is a clothes rack and many shelves to put your clothes and personal items in order. As I have stayed in almost all hotels in Manchester through the years, this is the best by far. If I had to find something I did not like that would be the loud a/c

I have stayed at this TRU hotel several times, it is the only hotel I will stay in in Manchester. The property is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is amazing! Kassandra at the front desk always makes my day with her beautiful smile and kind nature. I am a travel agent part time, and I refer people to this hotel for all of the reasons I mentioned.
