The rooms are always clean, the breakfast has multiple options, and the amenities are ready to use.

Love the digital key and check in and out procedures. Excellent options for breakfast. They have cookies on the counter at check in. The digital key doesn’t work on the A door nearest the laundry. So you have to walk around to the front desk and get a key to get in that door. Our room smelled like dog pee so they moved us.

Location, comfy beds, pillows, hot shower. We liked that we had optional seating too. Ice machine broken on our floor. No housecleaning on Sunday. Had to ask for more towels for second day. Breakfast was good on Sunday. Over cooked and cold on Monday.

Room was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Elevators were slow, housekeeping was every other day (trouble getting staff?), and breakfast was mediocre.

breakfast was bot great, sausages were dry and burned beyond edible potatoes too. The kitchen staff filing breakfast bar was rude and not friendly, not one smile in sight and looked upset to have to be doing her job

The room was nice and clean and it looked like the carpeting was brand new. The rest of the hotel seemed very clean also. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk so sometimes you had to wait. We did not get room service at all on a Saturday and Sunday we had fresh towels put in our room but the bed was not made, and the used towels were not taken. The breakfast during the weekend was adequate, but it seemed like the coffee kept running out and when that happened on Monday morning, the door to the kitchen was closed so you weren’t able to get anyone to bring more more coffee out and also the hot item looked like leftovers from the previous day. Besides some disappointments with the breakfast, the only other complaint I would have is they should have better signage for the hotel by the road. It’s a very dark road and it took a while for us to find the entrance as it was not marked.

Nothing great Front desk and the management people were useless and not helpful or customer service oriented. Front desk always left unattended.
