I had a confirmed reservation Sept 26. When I arrived , I was told hotel had overbooked and I was relocated to another hotel and they shuttled me there. The room was not ready. I waited 40 minutes in lobby with my luggage for my room at 5:15 pm.

It's just fine as a useful, convenient airport hotel; the free shuttle service worked very smoothly. Breakfast is not free, but the woman handling breakfast (Cindy) was particularly friendly and nice.

Front desk brought us a clean set of bedding, which I know what the best he could do as the hotel was at max capacity. We thought to sleep on the sleeper sofa, pulled that out… filthy. So we practically found a room to sit in and rest for a couple of hours before we hit the road again.

The linens on the bed were stained and dirty, and there was a strong smell of damp and mildew in the room. The knobs were removed from the AC unit, so it was impossible to adjust it, and the carpet was ripped and wrinkled and appeared to be releasing from the floor.

Bring a nightlight for the bathroom because the lights are bright in the middle of the night. Also if you have a balcony room there are no chairs to sit on, be prepared to stand out there.

A reasonably priced accomations. Wasn’t thoroughly clean but passable. I would definitely stay again!

Little disappointed that the hotel bar closes early

The breakfast wasn't included and they charged 7.50 for parking did not know till we got there , thought that was pretty low, will check into other hotels in the future

The location is wonderful, and the staff were nice. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean.
