When we tried to check out we waited for a long time by the front desk and nobody showed up to help us, we had to just leave the key cards on the desk. For their price you should definitely get better service and a decent clean room, not to mention basic free parking... Now I know Manhappyness has way better hotel options for a better price.

I have been at this property before when it was first built. Our shower floor was stained and the walls showed past water damage. The maintenance people need to use caulking when painting accent walls. They aren’t crisp. Looks sloppy for something that is easy to keep maintained. Shower floor was slick as well. Lovely lobby and meeting space. Friendly people but man the rooms are starting to show some wear.

Not worth the price. Rooms were clean, but hotel has wear and tear. Shower had awful water pressure. DO NOT PAY for the breakfast.

Front office staff was amazing. Kind and generous. The bar staff wouldn’t even come take our order. When we stopped in for breakfast the lady attending to it was kind and brought out what we needed but was eating at the counter as well. I just found this awkward. I would stay again because of the rooms, location and the kind people up front. Thank you.

Worst place ive ever spent $600 to stay at. The owners should be embarrassed

Amazing placement for convenience and functions. Loud at night, but expected for location. Super clean & comfortable beds. Beautiful but not overly fancy, still unique for the age. Cost is much steeper than other hotels - but again location is key. Parking is not free, but onsite parking available. Overall great stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I would say that I had a window by the road and college kids like loud cars....so that was annoying late at night. This sounds dumb, but I do wish the toilet paper was better quality. For the price of the room I would expect better toilet paper...not the cheapest available. Otherwise my stay was great. Room is clean, easy to get to. The location was great. Staff is friendly. I would stay here again.

Though the hotel was really very nice, for the cost of the room, there were also extra expenses that should have been included in the stay package, in my opinion. There are charges for parking and breakfast. Otherwise it was 5-Star!

Perfect location for a KState weekend.

Great location but that is it. There was used soap in the shower and grime on the shower walls. Cracked tile in the bathroom. Broken light in the bathroom and no exhaust fan. Huge room unnecessarily and tiny bathroom. The TVs are so tiny you can’t see them from the bed or the couch. TV remotes were sticky. Our room was above the bar so very loud. Parking is not included which is frustrating especially in a hotel that’s not downtown in a big city. The couch was nasty, covered in crumbs. Beds were uncomfortable. Have to pay for breakfast. The thermostat was locked so you couldn’t adjust the temperature or the fan which I like for white noise. Towels were dirty and towel hook was broken. Have stayed here before and will not be coming back.
