I do not like to travel so I found the stay at a relief. The staff was quite friendly and provided a clean room which is basically all I need, that and cable teevee

They say that this is a no smoking facitlity, but the whole place and even our room smelled like an ashtray.

Affordable, clean, good location. I'll stay here anytime I'm in town! After spending the evening in some of Manhattan's best bars, I was dropped off at the hotel and was devastated to discover I'd misplaced my phone. An angel in human form working the front desk that night not only helped me search for my misplaced phone (which was NOT found), she personally served a wake up call to my door so I was on the road early enough for work in the morning. The facilities were clean, the amenities were present as listed. The bed, shower and other furnishings were all in good working order. I'm not sure what some of y'all are expecting for the amount you paid for the room... lol. What's not to like? Affordable? Check! Helpful Staff? Double Check!

Booking and check in process was easy and very straightforward. The location was nice and convenient. The friendliness of the staff was initially ok, but through the stay did not seem to be overly willing to provide customer service. Room, bed, and a/c was comfortable, but not overly clean, tidy, or upkept. Bathroom vent fan was running but did not seem to be functioning, TV was not working, room was proximate to lobby so there was a fair amount of excess noise and chatter.

Great location, and great staff. But the overall cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Including the rooms hallways and breakfast area. The room was nice and cold and the beds were comfortable.

The place was literally filthy. The place is literally falling apart. But it's also filthy. Not just the halls and carpets but the entire room as well. I had to wipe down surfaces that were sticky. The mirror was dirty, there were liquid stains on the walls. There was a stain on the sheets. 2/4 pillows didn't have pillow cases. The AC didn't work. The toilet didn't flush. The sink faucet was broken. This place should be embarrassed to have people stay there. Especially for the $200+ per night that we paid! Any photos that look nice have likely been doctored. Stay away.

The fact there were roaches all over the room

Location was ok There were noticeable dips in both sides of the bed, far beyond time for replacement. We felt the springs through the mattress. The shower had a large crack/ hole. The linoleum in the bathroom was filthy, turns and peeling back around the tub and was black around the edges. The shower curtain has noticeable brown crust, possibly feces. There was a cockroach in the shower when we were trying to get ready in the morning. The wash rags were stained. We’ve never stayed at a filthier place. Breakfast was offered but there was no way we were going to eat there. Very overpriced! I’ve felt itchy since leaving, really hoping we didn’t pick up bed bugs.

Avoid this hotel unless you are desperate. TV didn’t work. Lights unplugged. Overhead light only worked with a light glow. It’s a bad place.

Badly neglected, hideously maintained, bathroom was dirty, hair on the floor and bathtub. Toilet leaked, window unit ac had dark mold spots. Lamps missing lightbulbs, sheets thread-bare. Staff did bare minimum. Badly in need of renovation and way off-brand for a Wyndham property. We stayed there for a college parents’ weekend and the insult to injury was that the room was $300 a night. Never again.

This place needs updating so much that I would recommend using a bulldozer and starting over.

Nothing live bugs on floor and a fly in room all night I will NEVER stay here was imbsrrassed told my friends to as well we wouldn’t eat your food either. Shower was cracked bugs on floor alive. It was nasty
