The room was really clean, the lobby smells like chlorine because of the open pool. Book the breakfast through expedia and order whatever you want off their menu when you get there, it will all be covered and it’s worth more for your buck that way. Make sure you tell the front desk when you check in that you got the breakfast too. Great rooms, and smart tvs can sign you in to whatever platforms you own. HDMI jacks for consoles as well.

I booked a room for two nights for Parent's Weekend. When we landed at airport we had an urgent message from Expedia saying Double Tree bumped us and switched our hotel to another one. We get to other hotel and find out Double tree did book us BUT ONLY FOR ONE NIGHT. Our reservation with Double tree was for two. The new hotel had very high prices as it was parent's weekend and my good deal of a weekend was nearing close to 1000.00 just for hotel accommodations. I spent the majority of my first night haggling over this and missed most of the dinner with my son. It still wasn't corrected and I had to address this issue and re-explain things, which I can't stand, to two more people Very frustrating weekend that started with Double Tree taking it upon themselves to cancel our room and only rebook us for one night when we needed two. Expedia said they would pay for the second night which was nice and also credit us 200.00 for our time and trouble. I haven't seen the 200.00 credit. Would love for someone to reach out and let us know how to find that so we can use it.

Love Doubletree. Great staff. This stay was 100% how I expected it to be. My first stay here back in the spring was a bit of a nightmare with a late check in due to work and my room given to someone else. It was chaos - but it was handled. This last trip was perfect. Amenities clean, beds clean and comfortable, and great shower and bathroom. The hotel is a little bit away from KSU but it’s still a great location and not over crowded by downtown traffic. Oh & cookies are always good as well.

Hard to find room- numbering and directions were bad. Breakfast was not goid. Air conditioning not working. Weak water pressure and faucet loose.

There was no air conditioning in the room all week. No housekeeping was performed all week. I will not book there again.

It was a good place if traveling on 70 with a pet. Kind of a weird building with super low dropped ceilings in the hallways. Someone had some sort of reception in the main lobby on the day that we arrived with some tables with an abandoned dessert and it was still there the next day when we left…. Not the best impression. Also, the air conditioning in the public spaces weren’t working but the room itself was clean and good for us. The breakfast was 10 dollars… our bad… should have skipped it.

Only problem was the AC wasn’t working in the rooms. Wasn’t uncomfortable but would have preferred less humid conditions. But a very nice place and excellent employees.

The hotel is a but out of the center of town so walking is not an option

The front desk did not properly extend our stay and housekeeping threw out our personal belongings.

Staff were amazing. Hotel dates, smelled from indoor pool. Rooms were fairly clean.

Staff was all very friendly. Room was spacious with good water pressure and really hot water. Our stay was fairly quiet. Large parking lot which was helpful as we were hauling a vehicle to trade out with our son who’s had broken down. We had plenty of space to unload and reload then head back in for a delicious breakfast.

Good hotel. Seems like the kind of hotel that would have a free continental breakfast but it does not. Property grounds could use some TLC but the room was very large and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and as always the cookies were awesome.
