The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could not beat the location. It's near grocery stores, restaurants, a mall, and easy access to freeways.

The room had an overwhelming smell of cleaners and air fresheners. The room was very humid as the floor always seemed wet. There was also an overwhelming smell of marijuana either being pulled in from the air unit or someone was smoking inside the motel. Awful experience.

there were spider webs hanging up above the room doors, the bathtub didn’t look like it was cleaned, and some dead bugs were found on bed and around it on the floor

There were spider webs outside our door room. Found death bugs the next morning and room floor seemed dirty.

When I first walked in after checking in, I immediately smelt musty cockroach. After living in a ghetto of a metropolis for ~5yrs, I'll never forget the smell cockroaches leave behind. Although, I didn't see any evidence of live cockroach activity, the familiar smell seeped out the walls. The tiles in the bathroom were not level, and some moved a bit when stepped on. I imagine there had been water issues in the past, which may be where the musty smell comes from.

Very dirty. Shower Leaking water all over the floor. Shower floor patched stained and dirty. Mold, hair dust and debris everywhere in the room.

The room was “updated”, but the lobby smelled bad . Like a plumbing issue. Our AC unit had to be fixed/swapped out. We also had dirty sheets on the sofa bed that we had to change ourselves. It was overall okay, but would not stay there again.

Trains right out our room. Didn’t sleep well. Glad it was only a 1 night stay.

Was not a clean room by any means there was a strong paint smell throughout the hotel the hot tub was cold and the bedroom was nasty. Hair in the tub dirty pillowcases the shampoo was empty and when we asked for housekeeping we had to proceed to ask another 3 times and when the housekeeper showed up she was very rude. Do not stay here not worth the money. This was a trip for my birthday and to say the least was not happy.

The staff was nice It is right next to the railroad. The train was so close it made the room shake at all hours of the night. The air conditioner was super loud as well.

The room was comfortable. staff could have more aware of which rooms were carpet cleaned and still wet. Took 3 tries to get a dry room

Train tracks right by the room. There were some loud trains passing by through the night. The only indication I saw of this was as I was checking in there was a sign, but at that point, I had booked and paid for the room.

Staff is amazing! Room rates doubled due to home foitball game at KState.

Room was filthy and we had to ask for new bedding and housekeeping didn't fix it we had to remake the dirty bed.

Breakfast wasn't good, my stay wouldn't have been been terrible if it hadn't been for the noise,

Staff were excellent!! We forgot a couple of shirts hanging in the room. We so appreciated the staff calling us to see how to get them back to us!

The shower needed a lip on the handicap shower floor ledge.otherwise, things were FANTABULOUS!!!!
