Exceptional

Staff is great, very kind, professional and accomodating. Breakfast was good and always well stocked. Beds were comfortable, AC in room worked well, water pressure in shower great. Exterior looks nice. Hotel needs deep clean, many repairs and updates needed. Smells like mildew and is very dusty on trim on top of walls around room and vent fan in bathroom. Roaches were coming into the room and carpets need to be replaced throughout halls and in rooms. Interior is old and in poor condition. Pool is not heated, there is no hot tub, it has been cemented over. Back entrance door did not latch properly at times and can be opened without key if not latched properly and often key would not work to open it when latched.

Breakfast delicius

Loved the whirlpool tub it was nice and hot.

Very good

There were dirt stains in the shower. The breakfast buffet was unmanned, sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits no gravy. What!!!

The carpet had not been fully vacuumed, and several particles of 1/8 to 1/4 inches were found which I picked up.

The staff was excellent they went well and beyond service! My wife and I had plenty of towels!

No hot tub as advertised. Dirty pool.

Bed sheets smelled like pee on one bed

Nice facility clean for the most part and staff is friendly Bed sheets smelled like pee on one bed

A

Hotel needs to improve the access control cards system. First time, one of the access cards didn’t work. Next day, my access card was deactivated, the following day we had to go to the front desk twice as the staff didn’t set up correctly the access cards.

The gym equipment didn’t work and the pool was slimy

The ac The gym equipment didn’t work and the pool was slimy

Nice stay. The room was big and pretty.

Luxury experience at an affordable rate. Conveniently located. Minor cosmetic flaws shown in the bathroom from prior leaks. Visible defects from mold.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious.

Nice quite and clean Nice
