Texas Inn Downtown McAllen

Bad

Clean Pool was dirty

MUY BIEN

Location is perfect, we arrived at 11pm and we had to leave at 5am. Staying there for a couple of hours or for one night is okay. It looks like an hourly motel (is not) but it really looks like one.

Very poor

Restroom …shower/tub was unloved and very slippery

Exceptional

Passable

Very good

Exceptional

Exceptional

Only stayed one night and it served it's purpose. Will recommend.

Location Check-in after the agreed time Booking says 13:00 and hotel says 15:00 But the check-in was 15:30

They really tried very hard to give me the best service and they delivered. Gave me the room with a good internet, clean room, no bugs, towels, changed the battery of the door lock, etc. Definitely I will come back.

Good

The room was great

Every time I’m in town I stay here because very convenient and close to all the restaurants. The owner who was always at the front desk when I show up very respectful and professional. Goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need.
