Americas Best Value Inn Pharr

Everything Everything

Nothing Roach infested room

Very poor

No elevators. Noone ever was at front desk, carpets could be ckeaned maybe even teplaced in halls and going up on staircases?

I have seen some little cockroaches on the rooms

Horrible breakfast and room was really worn down…but the price is reflective of the quality.

It's was just... Alright

Very good

Loved our stay thanks

The hotel smelled bad the minute you walked in, carpet was full of stains. Room smelled just as bad.

It was quiet. There are roaches, door lock did not work, door would not open with key, homeless and drug addicts walking around, breakfast is only toast.

Was closed to my places that I needed to go All hotels

Ac wasn’t working

Only downfall were the loud people.

Front staff very helpful and attentive.

AC in room barely worked. The whole hotel smelled like smoke. Fridge didn’t work. No coffee in the room. Breakfast was a joke and looked gross.

Rooms could get better cleaned in my opinion maybe try changing pillow non stained cases and Oder to rooms need to change
