TownePlace Suites Dallas McKinney

Everything was awesome

Every staff is very friendly and helpful

No hot water. We took a cold shower

Clean and comfortable.

Great place

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the buffet choices changed every day.

The day staff member wasnt as friendly. I was charged 75 cents at check and she couldn't explain why and said she couldn't take it out of my deposit. Weird but it wasnt a terrible experience.

I would never stay there again. My room was dirty. They didn’t clean anything before I got there or during my stay. The pool looked dirty. There was blood on my pillow case.

This place needs a good cleaning. Floors are dirty. AC vents are filthy. Everything in the room is worn. Grout in bathroom is moldy and paint is chipped.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed.

Loved the big rooms with the kitchen Tv wasn't working for a day but it got fixed fast

When you first walk in the lobby area is spotless and it smelled soooo good! They gentlemen that checked me in was very nice and helpful.(Sorry I didn’t get his name). But all staff thru out was very nice and helpful. To be honest I don’t have anything to complain about this was my home away from home.

I loved this hotel and the staff where very friendly

Exceptional

rooms were ok , staff not to friendly but not mean if that make sense. overall decent place for a family

Exceptional

Front desk service in our first day was amazing During a 7-night stay, the room was cleaned only once; I had to ask several times for my trash to be taken out because they didn't come every two days as they were supposed to

Clean, comfy, awesome staff

Good location
