Days Inn by Wyndham Memphis at Graceland

The location was super next to Graceland, parking available. The room was humid, tried different ways to make it less no difference.

Location to Graceland was top priority also complimentary breakfast was appreciated. Holding deposit for incidental??? The pool area needs updating, maybe a bar would be nice

We booked it for its proximity to Graceland which was perfect, loved the Elvis theme! Rooms were clean The air con unit was quite noisy

Location There was a group of Elvis fans who were from Belgium that were very offensive and the property management should have done something about them.

breakfast had a waffle maker which was nice and check out was easy. Only comments have to make are the pillows were a little too firm for my liking and the shower didn’t get very hot. Other than that it was a pleasant stay

No air conditioning. Told the lady at counter and she said her room was hot too. Did not offer to change our room. Roof falling in in bathroom with an awful smell. DO NOT STAY. Just a run down hotel and they make it look grand in pics.

I liked that it was affordable, but the next day they took their hotel it off of booking.com Absolutely horrible , I'm still sad about what happened When I first arrived the man that works the front desk assistant manager told multiple times no guest. Then I asked my daughter or family can't visit, he said oh yea they can but no spending the night or use our pool. I just payed 1200 of my disability during homelessness and felt they didn't want me there, and other things he said , but eventually became nice again when I saw him the rest of my stay . I had to check out cause I couldn't afford to stay there rest of month but if they wouldn't have taken it off I could, now I'm at a hotel only one I could find kings inn I had to clean and it's no TV in here. When I was at Graceland also the under sheets were dirty , and they never had face towels my whole stay. Three of the six pillows were so messed up and hard u couldn't sleep on it. Floors dirty that I cleaned . The outdated TV cable was very difficult to understand. They used to have an Elvis channel that was cool.last time I stayed about four years ago it was much better then. When I went to breakfast was nothing but white bread and waffles for me and my child. We don't eat that and it was absolutely nothing else . Also it was very rude the man said at the front my first day of a room.became available my two weeks there he would give it to us to get out of the back that seemed dangerous I was next to gangsters and it's three stories in the back with a two year old. But he never did . The phone lines didn't work at all I made complaints with them and booking com, but didn't cancel because we were so tired traveling and also had to leave the last affordable hotel was so bad , I had never been in any room so gross at that extended stay The beds hurt as well . The housekeeping could barely speak English but she was nice, and act like she didn't understand when I said the bottom sheets were dirty.

I will. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well in 100° weather! The pool in common areas were filthy. The pool filter was not working and the water was very dirty and it made the pool unswimmable. Really disappointed, as the pool was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Especially hard since the daily temperatures were well over 100°. The free breakfast lacked any type of meat or protein, just waffles, eggs and a few slices of toast. You really need to up your game on this property. And the common areas were filthy. Walkways hallway stairways littered with cigarette butts!

I'm a big Elvis fan, so the decor sold me! And it was in walking distance of Graceland. I can tell it has been around for a while and even though it was clean and the service good, it did have an old smell.

Staff amazing, breakfast on site was really good, Miss Lily was brilliant, AC in the room was OK but kept cutting out with error code, overall appearance need a little work, trims falling off, loose paving, pool was well kept, The pictures on booking.com may be manipulated making it look better than it is from the outside.

MJ on the front desk was excellent, very welcoming and helpful with information on the local area. Breakfast wasn’t great

Lots of Elvis in lobby. Right next to Graceland. Garbage cans were very full and smelly. Wouldn't go out alone.

The only good thing about the place is that is located right next to Graceland The property looks rundown. It is not being kept up. I had to change rooms twice because of overly bleach smells or mildew smells. I had to leave the same day and find other place to stay.

Unlike most of the reviews I read the room was very clean, no bugs the bathroom clean and it was very quiet. The staff especially MJ was brilliant. Very accommodating and kind The breakfast was shocking. No tea bags, the coffee was not great and the only thing they had was cereal and bread!
