Very happy with the overall stay and staff. Would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was to be served until 10:30 Saturday morning. When we went down for breakfast at 10:00 it was closed down. The front desk said they closed early. Our room was never cleaned during our stay.

staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice facility.

Mattress was worn and uneven, bathroom sink was very slow to drain, ice maker was broken.

Clean comfortable place to stay, the staff was very helpful, I will definitely stay there again.

Had the room with the jacuzzi in and the jets didn’t work. Didn’t get to fully enjoy it.

Breakfast had a great variety. Room was clean. Turning left out of the parking lot is a pain. That is my only complaint.

I would have stayed there on my return trip but was put off by the increase in price from my first stay. I dont understand why I pay one price then a few days later it is significantly higher.

The breakfast was great. Location good. There was an issue with my room not being available due to uncompleted maintenance, but they stepped right up to the plate and upgraded me into a different room with no problems - just a few minutes waiting while they typed stuff into their computer. Excellent service!

Bad

Inside the pool room it smelled like urine. Breakfast were very dried eggs and sausage. They ran out of mix for the waffle maker when someone told them about it they continued doing what they were doing and didn’t acknowledge them. Will not ever stay here again.

Very convenient location for our needs Bed pillows were too small

House keeping didn't read the door hanger that said do not disturb and came in my room until I yelled I'm in here
