My Place Hotel - Boise/Meridian, ID

Good hotel in a good area close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Great value, we stayed for one night. Maybe a refubishment is needed, but the value for the room probably makes it acceptable.

Place and staff were great. Looking forward to stay again. :)

Wi-Fi was not working Friday to Sunday I was surprised that management didn't get repaired sooner. I was unable to reply to their emails they were spending me.

Great place to stay from having a snack area to nice comfortable beds.

You can call the front desk directly to make reservations; no third party. I paid $20 extra to "guarantee" my reservation. The staff had no idea what this was for. Just a bogus on-line charge that meant nothing. So avoid getting scammed by just calling direct.

The recliner was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We checked in and the lady checking us in did not tell us anything about the property nor ask if we want one or two keys. We received one key in a used jacket. We went to our room and dropped our bags upon returning at 11pm with food we were puzzled that the kitchenette in the rooms have no utensils, dishwater or glassware. We called the front desk and they said the only thing they have is plastic spoons. We ate our food caveman style and went to go take a shower to find women’s hair on the surround that was not ours. Then we discovered several bugs throughout the room. At this point it was too late to complain so I let the staff know at check out and they said thank you we will let housekeeping know. We will not be staying there again.

Clean room very easy to access

The room was good. The to was rough. The paper towels were like sand paper. No silverware or pots and pans or cups or bowls or anything as it had a kitchenette. Pretty disappointed. The building is good, the execution, not as great as I expected.

Clean rooms, convenient location, comfortable

Booked the room plenty of time ahead it was for a Friday in August. Arrived after a long drive around 1130pm ( caravaning with my 20 yr driving her own car back to college). Learned the hotel was “overbooked we don’t have a room for you” - I believe since there was a sold out concert in Boise, they just sold our room. Said they tried to call, no indication on my end. Every hotel was sold out nearby, needed to urgently call to secure something and drive to Mountain Home 40-50 min away. …head hit the pillow at 140am thanks to My Place selling our room or computer systems not collaborating. Only positive was I wasn’t charged for a room I didn’t stay in.
