Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mesa Near Phoenix

Goooooood

Staff was very helpful and accommodating to our large group. Breakfast was nice but was the same thing for an entire week. Got kind of old.

Good

Pool area with hot tub . Breakfast in the morning was nice with eggs , sausage and pancakes . And the usual selections to go along with it . Very nice and clean place Pool was not heated . It was on the cold side

Exceptional

Very nice and quiet room. Having the early check-in option was very helpful.

Breakfast was a little less than average. Bagels texture was kind of gummy even after running them through the toaster twice. No selection of yogurt flavors, scrambled egg “discs” weren’t very warm nor were the sausage patties. Coffee left a lot to be desired. Although the bed felt comfortable at first, both my husband and I woke up stiff. The staff was attentive and professional.

Ok

Pool looked like it was getting ready to turn. Slight green film on bottom of pool.

Friendly, value for money, comfortable Breakfast- at least they had fresh oatmeal. They only had apples; no other fruit. Artificially sweetened yogurt and poor coffee. Basically a poor to fair breakfast.

Pretty much everything about my room was as expected, and the price was great for me. I noticed that a screen in my room was bent out of shape, but wasn't losing over sleep over it.

Exceptional

Everything was as described and it was very nice for the price. The walls were a bit thin so I could hear everything around me but luckily no one around me was very loud.

Room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The staff is attentive.

Staff were wonderful, room was clean, and the area is very nice

Everything was great inside the hotel. I was very happy with my stay. The only thing I would like to suggest to management is that the pavement out front of the entrance into to the Hotel front doors, has way too many mounded up tar mogels to have to walk over and navigate. It's a very uneven surface right now that can be repaired and I would be much happier walking to it from my vehicle from either side I parked on. I happened to have had an injured foot during my stay, and I had to pay close attention as I placed my feet down. Save yourself from potential legal issues and get this fixed! It's not a dealbreaker for me, I'll be back again when I come in to town. Nice hotel. Everything you need at a reasonable cost! Everyone was VERY nice and the rooms were too.

The pillows were comfortable and the shower was better than expected. I also loved all the lamps. And the breakfast was tasty! Lastly, the staff were incredibly kind and made us feel like family. I wish we had Kleenex in the room and it also would have been nice to have a couch to sit on.

Very clean room and organize

This was a great value, price was best around and the hotel is generally well kept. Not luxury but we didn’t pay for that. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
