My family and I checked into the hotel and left. Upon returning, we noticed our door was opened. I reported the issue and we were moved. I was told that the manager would reach out to me the next day but I have not heard back from the manager regarding the issue.

Good stay

The scrambled eggs, bacon and potato were better than expected -- like homemade. The location was quiet but there were no nearby other restaurant choices The well equipped exercise room and front desk help. Tristan. Clean bath and room. My TV was not working but someone came soon to fix it.

Staff was friendly but the elevator didn't work, the toilet in my room didn't work, the shower water pressure was horrible, and the Starbucks was only open until 9:30am. No coffee available after that until 5pm. I found the beds very uncomfortable and thin.

Everything was great will stay again

We stayed for one night on our way driving through the New Orleans area. This was a perfect place to stop with a 15 minute Uber ride into town. The rooms were very new clean and comfortable.
