Quality Inn & Suites

The property is very very run down. The person at the front desk did try his best to make sure he fixed the issues I had with the room. All the employees were nice. There were more than one group of nefarious looking people smoking in the parking lot. This property probably would not work for a family with small children. It’s more for a younger crowd who don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room- just a place to sleep snd shower. I saw a few people staying with large dogs there, so I guess if you travel with your dog it would be okay. It was overpriced for what we got.I would not stay again.

Shower was dirty, roaches running across floor. Sheets were stained and the tv hdmi connection was shorting out

2. It’s a little mini fridge. The door wouldn’t open because the low area was in had a board at the bottom he had to raise it up in order to get into it. 3. The toilet looked like it had been used and had toilet paper band that hadn’t been flushed. 4. There was an odor in the room. It wasn’t very foul, but it was an odor that shouldn’t have been there.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL TO ANYONE. AS FAR AS I’M CONCERNED, IT WAS TRASH. I HAVE STAYED AT ALL THE HOTELS IN THE SAME CHAIN/GROUP AND NEVER HAD ANYTHING BUT VERY SMALL MINOR PROBLEMS NOT EVEN WORTH MENTIONING THIS PLACE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER STAYED

I can't swim in the pool because it's dirty

La comodidad del cuarto

Called front desk and was reminded that hotel had a non smoking policy. When I requested another room due to room being filled with smoke, was placed on hold . Finally was given keys to second room. Towels were small and DIRTY. At checkout, mentioned dirty towels to agent and received a “sorry” reply. Won’t be staying at Quality again.

Convenient location, easy aces to the highway and landmarks.

The room was clean, and the A/C was really cool. Parking was relatively near. Thea front desk staff went above and beyond her duties in order to find us a room downstairs.

The room had so many ants and wasn’t really clean. The ant were all on the beds and the toilet didn’t always flush.

the air conditioning is not working, I keep the temperature in 60 and still feel not cold

There wasn’t much to like, the tv worked. I will not use Econo lodge again. The old saying you get what you pay for.

Door lock in the room would not lock properly. Toilet seat was broken, but management did change the room for us and it was better.

I did not enjoy my stay at this property. The pool was closed, the room had construction pencil marks all over the place, and I was told by staff that their policy is 1 large towel and 2 medium sized towels for 2 grown adults to bathe with. The "breakfast" was only half of a continental breakfast. It's confusing to get back to the main road.

The staff is so nice and very friendly and helpful!!!

It's was good

Hotel is very conveniently located. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. A simple and affordable place to stay close to the main highways and plenty of restaurants around.

Great location it's right next to the biggest mall in Chicago. We stayed at this place because our flight was canceled due to bad weather. The hotel is on the outdated side.

Buen hotell limpio buena locacion

All of these reviews are quite literally complaining about nothing. This was an amazing stay, I came from NC for a metal show and started here as it was cheapest. The Indian lady at the front was sweet as hell, loved her shout out to her. Me and my brother had 0 complaints, except for the fact the tv didn’t work. Other than that it was amazing. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, was a little hot but turn on that ac and it was immediately heaven. Stay here if you’re on a budget!!:)
