Good place

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Shower pressure was non-existent but the water stayed hot for the length of a long shower. Towels felt like sandpaper. The breakfast in the lobby was awful but there are a lot of options in the area.

Our room was close to the pool , we didn't use it but looked inviting. There was some trash in parking lot and around the property but inside the hotel was clean. Overall good stay

Stay was OK but the breakfast was out of also everything without a lot of effort to replenish anything.

There was bed bug in room 122.

Rooms were clean, beds are a little hard if you like that type and blanket was kinda worn yet clean. It was nice having a mini fridge to put your drinks in room yet was missing coffee pot only had coffee maker. Lots of food and drink choices for breakfast with mini waffle maker which was easy to operate. Room deposit of $100 was a surprise yet was refunded within couple days. Has an indoor pool which looked nice yet we didn't have time to use. Overall for the price and shops nearby it was a nice trip.

Very basic, old carpet in room gives an unclean feeling. Eggs and sausage were cold and inedible.

The bed was very comfortable. I slept well. The breakfast was...ok. Appeared clean and well maintained.

Fridge in room didn't work and room smelled musty. Other than that I would recommend a stay here

The room was fine it just needs some updating. The facility as a whole needs to be improved but for an overnight stay it’s fine. I thought it had a gym but it didn’t so that was my mistake when booking.

Great place to stay after long days out.
-
The hotel and my room had an odor. It smelled like bug spray and some sort of incense or something to hide the pesticide. We didn't see any bugs. I think this was a two star listed as a three star. Had it been listed properly ww never would have stayed there.

Property is in great shape and clean with very nice decor. The location is in a large shopping district but feels secluded and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff.

One star is generous. Every time someone in another room flushed, our room filled with a sewage smell — it was like the plumbing vented straight into our room. It hit us the first night and never went away, making the entire stay miserable. I’ve stayed at plenty of Comfort Inn & Suites locations and this was by far the worst. Between the smell and the overall condition of the room, I couldn’t wait to check out. I would not stay here again and can’t recommend it to anyone.
