Over charged on two of the three rooms charged us for 3 people in one room and 4 people in another when there was only two in each said they couldn’t do anything about it never stay in a drurys again

We did not expect the warm reception, the happy hour was fun and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and so was the pool. But truly the staff were what made this place so good. They were just so dang nice.

It cost significantly more to have a king bed and also to stay on upper floors

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE TRAVELING WITH MY HUSBANDS SERVICE DOG AND THE FRONT DESK.CLERK TRIED TO CHARHES US FOR THE SERVICE DOG AS A PET FEE. MY HUSBANDS SERVICE DOG IS CLEARLY IDENTIFIED AS A SERVICE DOG BY HER VEST AND ID TAGS. THEN THEN THE FRONT DESK CLERK DEMANDED TO SEE PAPER WORK WHICH WE CARRY SND ASKED WHAT SERVICES HIS DOGGED PERFORMS. SHE DRTECTS SEIZURES THAT MY HUSBSND HAS FROM BEING BLOWN UP IN IRAQ. THE FRONT DESK CLERK THEN DEMANDED TO SEE HIS DOG PERFORM THE SERVICE IN WHICH SHE IS TRAINED, SORRY BUT MY HUSBAND CAN NOT TRIGGER A SEIZURE JUST TO PLEASE YOUR STAFF. WE ENDED UP PAYONG ANOTHER $200.00 FOR OUR STAY JUST APEASE YOUR STAFF. MY HUSBAND & I WILL BE REPORTING THIS ISSUE TO HIS VETERANS AFFAIRS REPRESENTATIVE AS WELL THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION. ITS PRETTY SAD WHEN A CLEARLY DISABLED VETERAN IS ASKED AND BASICALLY MADE TO DEMOSTRATE AND PROVE A DISABILITY JUST SO A SERVICE DOG THAT IS CLEARLY TRAINED AND DISPLAYING THE PROPER IDENTIFICATION CAN STAY FOR FREE WITH THIER HANDLER.
