Best Western Plus Brookside Inn

Very quiet location with easy access to dining, shopping, and local attractions. I stay here whenever I'm in the area. Great value compared to how high the prices are in the area.

Too many workers on Friday night drinking and talking very loud. Had to call front desk twice to get them to go inside at 11:30 pm! Not happy about that!

Great place to stay for work! It’s wonderful to have a lot of laborers and operators to wind down with at the bar at the end of the day.

Breakfast was decent and beds were comfortable. Overall this place could use an update.

Staff was alright. They were talking in the back while I waited out in the lobby to check in. Also housekeeping came by twice before 11 checkout first being like 8-8:30 am. Then I had put in for late check out and then still kept coming by to see if I had left so they could clean.

Environment is very pleasant and comfortable. Management and Staff was very receptive and is very professional. Everything was satisfactory. There is nothing that I didn't like. Room Service was very pleasant and attentive

Nice place to stay

The room had an odd musty odor. The soap and shampoo bottles were empty. The remote control was missing.

Room was supposed to be accessible for handicap or disabled people. It was not. Bed was too high and extremely difficult to get into. Also shower did not have a chair or bench to sit on. Manager promised to take care of situation and she lied. I would not recommend this property.

Always love to stay here, the breakfast is excellent and the 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby makes fancy coffee any time.

The staff was very friendly. Parking was difficult due to not a lot of spaces. Had to park on the street.
