Clean quiet with a good location. Easy access to restaurants. No problems encountered.

The only clean area in the hotels the reception area. Going down to my room I noticed that a lot of the doors were scratched. The other problem is the front desk. Staff does not speak very good English. When I got there there was no one at the front desk she was down the hall with a friend of hers talking to them. I had to let them both know I was waiting. She then came up. The conversation went downhill from her because I could not understand what she was trying to say however she was very nice once I got my room key. I went to my room and the key did not work so back I go to the front desk to get another key which is just a plastic card. I told her my key did not work. She asked me if I was doing it right and did a red light come on at least that’s what I think. She said I’m not really clear. She then fed it into a machine and gave me two cards back. I believe she said one or the other one will work? I went back to my room one of the keys worked once inside the room I looked around. It was nice. It was clean. Everything was in order, except there was no do not disturb sign to put out on the door. The only problem with the room was the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. You were either cold or hot it would not set itself at 71 even though I said it. I also had a problem with the Wi-Fi because it wouldn’t sign on. Yes I know how to do it. I’m a real traveler, but when I called to the front desk to ask her whatever she said, I have no idea what it

The bed was amazing

It was a good stay. All amenities were available and the cleaning staff was always thorough.

The hotel room was filthy. All the woodwork was rotted and peeled. The carpet has stains and was unkept. There was loud music and noises past 4 am.

There are a few things that I would like to complain about in my room after unloading my things I went to put my luggage in the bedroom closet and the door completely came off the hinges I’m so happy my son didn’t open it bc the doors would of fallen on him, I notified the front desk about the issue she wrote a memo for maintenance. Another thing I noticed was the top of the refrigerator was super dusty. My room door was janky it was so hard to open that you would have to pull it really hard to open and my last complaint is the so called free breakfast which it’s Not what I consider breakfast it was called a continental breakfast which is mainly all cold food. On my last day at breakfast I noticed that the oranges had mold on them. The coffee is great though. The young lady name Chel’La was the best she was so helpful from the moment I checked in up until my last evening there.

I will continue to stay at Larkspur but without Expedia next time. I’m choosing an alternative 3rd party to support my travel itinerary m. Expedia blew it on this trip. Thumbs down!! Larkspur thank you for the hospitality l.

No free breakfast offered, no ice machines, I get there are kitchens but ice machines are still nice. No late check out or early check in. Front desk male staff was rude.

Poor breakfast and never experienced a advertised breakfast like that. Only eggs were hard boiled and sausage and hash browns were not edible unless you were desperate. Coffee was also poor. Disappointing when on the run. I have had great experiences over the years but be careful with this property. Room was fine and a family staying, great kitchen area and bringing your own food is great. Lower expectations on breakfast offered. Great place if they offered a basic breakfast, even if powered eggs. The hard boiled eggs could bounce off the floor and what kid would even entertain that. Watched other people do the same as I did and walk through and confused.

I will NEVER stay here again. Room was dirty, staff was apathetic, and the room smelled bad.

$15 parking per day is a bit much since your in the mall parking lot.

When wonderful properties awesome highly recommend this hotel
