Gravity Haus Missoula

My kids loved the hammock. Great for a weekend adventure.

Clean, modern, comfortable room. I was a bit nervous about there not being a front desk with in person staff and the keyless entry but Gravity Haus made it very easy and straightforward to access the room. Loved the cafe attached to the hotel as well - friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Great location close to downtown. Highly recommend!

Check in and check out was so easy. The communication with the hotel via text message was fantastic. Nothing.

They have great service well trained, kind, and helped me and my brother with every need or question we had.

We ended up having to leave and not even stay because someone left a dog alone in the room next to ours that barked non stop. There was no one around to help. Was told that they would comp me a night but have not been able to get ahold of them again to do that. The hotel is a cute idea but they don’t seem to follow through or care.

The TV didn't work. The shower head leaked. The power plug for the hair dryer didn't work in the bathroom.

This was our first time at a Gravity Haus. Didn’t catch that the check in was on line. We finally got the door codes and instructions after much effort. Then the message disappeared. Fortunately we wrote the code down. When I tried to recover the code I could only get check out instructions TV was lousy. I like to watch regional and local news and there were no channels available on your network. The lights by the bed were controlled by a switch on the wall by the bathroom so I had to get out of bed to turn them on or off.

The TV only works if you cast from your Phone or bring a device with you and no antenna available to watch locals shows/news. No gym on site. Free parking and no light switch by the bed, you have to turn the bedside light off by the door. The show goes to lukewarm with in minutes. Quick showers are your key. Lastly, they charge you a $16+ amenity free on your bill when you check out ….but there are no amenities?!?

Great location

Used the bicycles to ride all over town and the river front trails. Didn’t need to drive anywhere. Good coffee in the cafe.

Super easy check in, warm/welcoming staff, everything was smooth and the building is clean and nice.

TV controller needs instructions

Adorable hotel! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and cute. There is even a “beer holder” in the shower. We stayed in room 206. Unfortunately, the bed closest to the balcony was extremely squeaky and loud. Very comfortable tho. It also would have been nice to know that there are no regular tv stations available, only streaming. All in all, it is a great place to stay in a very convenient location.

Such a great, dog friendly, accommodating place to stay right in downtown Missoula. Easy access, accessible for me and my service dog! We'll most definitely be staying here again!
