I loved the location. I also liked the entrance to the hotel. I didnt like the fact you have to pay for parking even though on booking it told me it was free parking. The hostess when we arrived that day was very dry and once asked about the parking, wasnt nice but stringent. Once we get up to our room one of the beds sheets had stains and hair on it. So we requested can someone change it while we leave and was told of course. We were gone 3 hours and when we returned the sheets were still on the bed and we noticed they had put extra sheets on the couch for us to change them. My wife slept in the computer chair the whole night because of paranoia. Lastly the air condition vent made this loud noise the whole night, to the point of us not being able to hear the tv.

Location was very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Parking fees. Had to realize it was downtown.
-
Pool smelled like it was over loaded with chlorine, hair in tub, complications with television sound

A/C didn’t work in my room, but it sure did in the lobby, which was miserably cold. Shower was moldy. Elevators were unclean. The whole place seems rundown and not well maintained.

I was unhappy with my stay here except that the room was quiet which I appreciated. Things I didn’t like include the parking fee, the toilet that was not properly anchored and thus sounded like it was breaking each time I used it, and the thermostat that never seemed to result in a change in the room temperature although the thermostat showed that I was turning up the heat.

Too loud

The only negative was that people were situated on the front lobby sofa with their shoes off, feet on the sofa, blankets around themselves and food bags on the floor in front of their shoes. I made a comment to the staff that homeless were camped out in the lobby and it was not a good look. She said they were guests. This kind of clientele made the hotel look like a cheap Motel 6 and I feel like she should have asked them at least to get their bare feet off the sofa.

The hotel room was very spacious, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We had two dogs with us, which was a bit pricey at $75 each for the pups to stay overnight.

The staff was the epitome of customer service. From beginning of arrival until checkout,Front Desk Manager Tyson, Housing Keeping Ms.Diane to Moe the Maintenance who guided us to areas when we didn't know where to go..."OUTSTANDING". Cocktail hour exceeded our expectation, we ask if we could stay 1 hour over - NOT A PROBLEM, we have you set to depart at noon. Love this property !!! OH LOVE THE ROOM ENTRANCE WITH YOUR NAME ON THE SCREEN ..LOVE IT!!! Not 1 thing

Help-full staff at check in; and, at the restaurant… The size of the room… The over all general appearance of the lobby and the different sitting areas in the lobby… The structural layout of the lobby check in and lobby area… The $25 a night parking fee…
