The staff was great! The room was not up to Marriott standards. Overhead lighting in bathroom was not working, but they fix that. Bath tub did not look clean, mold in grout. The one thing that really bothered me was a hair on the bathroom counter on top of an unopened bar of soap. The person had to see it when they put it on the soap dish.

The room was adequate for an overnight. Sheets were clean. Towels looked like they’ve seen a lot of use (chunks missing). There was mold in the shower and the sink sprayed out when you turned it on. The bathroom could have used a deep clean, but it wasn’t gross. For what I spent for one night, I would have liked it a little better kept up.

A very enjoyable time the hotel was close to everything very nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

My initial assessment/encounter begin with enterning (room 107) a terrible odor smelly/stinky room, hair in sink, from previous/prior guest(s)/occupants. Inoperative (overhead sink light (very dim flicker) (not functional).

I would stay here again. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff was great and it was a convenient overnight stop.

Ok breakfast

Breakfast host was the same. Unfriendly. People traveling with me in another had to be moved due to smell. Did not live upto Marriot standards.

Location and breakfast was good Dirty long black hair on the bathroom floor towel rack broken toilet seat broken bathtubs had a black looking floor roaches in the hall way carpet dirty

It was a decent hotel, but a couple things came up that made me not want to return. The room smelt musty and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom, and we even found a baby cockroach as well. Unfortunately it was found the morning we were checking out, otherwise we would have requested a different room. Other than that, the staff was great and the breakfast had a good selection.

Very good

Room was clean with the exception of a pc of hair was found on the sheet and some items had been left inside the refrigerator from prior guest. The breakfast was great. Desk staff was courteous & polite. The only thing we didnt like was a staff member knocked on our door on our checkout day with the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and asked what time are we checking out. We actually had 20 more mins before checkout time although we were heading out in the next 5 mins anyway and were going to remove the sign from the door when we left. This is the 1st time ever in our years of traveling anyone has did this before. But we like the hotel so we will give them another try and stay there again.

I also experienced a serious privacy issue on the morning of checkout. My daughter and I were still in the room and were not dressed when a male staff member entered our room without knocking or providing any notice. My scheduled checkout time was 12:00 PM, yet he entered the room around 10:00 AM. This was completely inappropriate and made us very uncomfortable. I personally discussed all of these concerns with the General Manager, Takeisha, and she told me that she would honor a full refund because of the condition of the room and the invasion of our privacy. However, despite this, Booking.com has only credited me approximately $43, even though my room cost over $300. This is not the full refund that I was told would be honored by the General Manager. I am requesting that Booking.com review this matter again and issue the full refund that was approved by the hotel’s General Manager. I do not believe a $43 credit is an appropriate resolution given the blood found on the bedding, the failure to properly clean the room, and the unauthorized entry into our room while my daughter and I were undressed. I would appreciate this matter being escalated and resolved promptly.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay because there was blood on the sheets in my room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, housekeeping only changed the sheets on that bed and failed to properly clean the rest of the room. Serves the purpose. Breakfast was okay not great and the room was okay clean not great. Sheets had a funky odor and there were parts of the floor that had not been vacuumed or picked up. Overall okay. Just don’t overpay.
