the second shift front desk was not helpful who could not even handle an Expedia check in. The manager on Monday morning would not explain my charges

Beds were comfortable but a little too soft for us. Airport is very near so be aware of what room you’re in. Lots of planes taking off and landing. Didn’t use the pool or restaurant.

Clean rooms

Stayed 1 night on 6th floor. Con was the planes were really loud going over but didn’t notice it as much during the night. Clean, safe atmosphere, easy parking and quick access to restaurants and the airport. Staff were super friendly. I would stay again. Con was the elevators were very shaky and felt a little uneasy on them.

Just stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight, but room was clean and staff were friendly. I would 100% stay here agin.

Staff was friendly and hotel was extremely clean.

There was no turn down service so if that’s important to you then you shouldn’t book with this place. Also I had the ac on all weekend because it was hot and the room was so loud, there was this loud notice coming from the walls. It sounded like a furnace. It was strange. I figured out maybe around the last day of my visit to push the couch up against the wall so the sound would be less loud

The staff was super nice. I was super confused about the restaurant, it was never open. One of our beds had a really big dent in it, it was like sleeping in a ditch. I feel like guest should be informed theyre being put in a conjoined room.

Really close to the airport , we had an overnight issue with our small son, can't remember the name of the girl working that early morning, she was able to bring new sheets and help us out a lot, will definitely stay at this location again.
