The rooms only had one towel in them

The floors of the rooms and hallways looked like it was DIY project instead of professional installation. Broken planks and holes here and there. There were two soaps in the room and I have never seen that small of a soap in my life. There was only one towel, one wash cloth, and one hand towel. Yes, I could have asked for more, but the lady at the desk when I checked in asked for additional towels and was told they were all in the drier and they would be delivered later. We ended up paying for three nights through Hotels.com but we checked out after one night as my wife wouldn't stay the rest. The toilet bowls seemed like they were for toddlers and were really close to the floor for adults.

Would recommend paying a bit more for a nicer stay elsewhere - even if it’s just for one night. The sheets and pillows had stains. The pillows were small and the sheets were thin. We were advised by locals to pack up and sleep somewhere else because of the things they had heard about the cleanliness and safety of the hotel. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers with our own throw blankets and pillows.

So far, they have not refunded our money. I will never use them again.

Worst experience ever. Travel all the time for work and the customer service here was so bad. We were denied access to our room that was already paid for 3 days because we arrived to late after check out? So we don’t get to utilize any of our reservation? What a joke. Will NEVER stay at my place again and don’t recommend anyone to do so. There is LITERALLY 11 other motels within eyesight. Mitcrhotel (in the same parking lot) was awesome! We paid much less and although there is not a full size fridge everything is brand new and clean. Happy travels y’all.

This place should be condemned. Its disgusting. The term "skid row" comes to mind...we didn't even stay once w viewed the room, The guy in line before me also left without staying. Its that bad.

it is an OK place if you don't want to spend a lot of money and you are a single male that just is looking for a place to crash for the night. The parking lot is small and quite a bit of loitering going on. But I recommend not parking a large vehicle or anything with a trailer in there you will not be able to turn around. There was an interesting project vehicle in the parking lot. Pretty rough around the edges but was a quiet and good sleep and close to the venue I was attending nearby. The price was right and made it through the night and safely left the next day! There is pretty good lighting at the parking lot which probably helps. But you get what you pay for.

I would never stay there again! Very noisy with dogs barking and we were put in the corner by the back door and ice machine! Heard the door slam all night! Also every time someone got ice it was like it was in our room! The staff that night was great! The bathroom light would go on by itself! We would turn it off and it would go back on a couple of minutes later! Also some sketchy lady was loitering outside and told me when I went to check in that if I came out of my room…. Well I’ll just say in the nicest of way… something bad would happen to me! It really needs to be cleaned up and I wouldn’t stay there again!

First of all the ice machine doesn’t work. Secondly and most importantly there was ongoing construction in the room next to me both nights I was there. There was a lot of hammering and banging going on both nights I was there. I ignored it the first night but when it happened again the second night I complained. The room next to me was being gutted so to speak. I have no problem with construction work being done but not at 7:30pm and I’m in adjoining room that shares a wall. They could have at least put me in a different room. I spoke to the contractor and told him I couldn’t sleep with all the noise. He said he didn’t know. All he had to do was knock on my door and he would have known. It’s common courtesy.

I would let a enemy stay there we were not able to check five minutes early the person was rude and unkempt was more about smoking than working

musty smell, fly in room, no top sheet on the bed (slept between mattress sheet and bedspread.

Pool was very dirty and the hottub had a layer of colorful oil on top and the water was green. The sauna was nice. The rooms are big and they offer ice and filtered water which was helpful. The parking lot is pretty full and you can tell this place has a lot of extended stay guests. The halls usually smelled like Marijuana. But there were no loud guests, or music. Everyone was friendly and we felt safe. I probably wouldn't stay here alone, but I would book again.

I’m surprised that Hotel.com uses this hotel. I felt unsafe. The room was not well cleaned. The pillows were the worst. The pictures show a beautiful pool and hot tub. I could see the pool from my window but passed as I didn’t want to leave my room to explore and see the hot tub. It did have lots of hot water and the staff was friendly at check in. Most of this hotel seems to be more of a flop house where people have taken up residency.

Worst stay ever! Do not stay here! The lady at the front was helpful but their cleaning staff needs to be retrained.
