The breakfast is the highlight of this hotel, lots of options and included lots of hot options. The pool and hot tub were also a great amenity- both with clean and warm. Our room was small, no bath (difficult with little kids), the floor was dirty and kept turning my kids’ feet black. Overall we had a good stay here 2x and would stay again in the future.

Small rooms, no couch. Breakfast was good, but not enough seating. Room was clean but tv console was badly damaged. I would probably stay again if I had no intention of hanging out in my room, but if I planned on spending time there it wouldn't be to comfortable.

After staying for the 3rd time, which meant for the price it was fine. I accidentally left my charger and cord in the room. Realizing this just a few hours later, I called them to tell them that I DID leave it. Of course, it wasn't found. I get that its easily replaceable BUT really your so desperate you need to steal it. I will not stay there again because of this. I DESTEST thieves. What if it was jewelry or anything else!

Frig was lukewarm without a freezer, and microwave was useless.

Our room was clean and everything seemed to be in working order. The breakfast was amazing- great selection of hot food options in addition to your basic breakfast provisions. Overall was a good stay. There was a very strong smell in the lobby (cleaning products or air fresheners?).

The jacuzzi was clean

We have stayed here many times through the years. It is close to the freeway. Gas stations nearby. Restaurants are not far away. Breakfast is good. Rooms are nice, some are small but are okay. Never been disappointed here.

Breakfast offered scrambled eggs, southern potatoes, tea, coffee, juices, link sausage, muffins etc. very nice.

The room is very small and the bathroom is even smaller. The carpet looks filthy and needs to be replaced and the breakfast was ridiculous. I got there at 8:30 in the morning and they were completely out of scrambled eggs, sausage, small potatoes, and waffle mix. I couldn’t find anybody around to ask them to please fill it. When she finally showed up, I asked if she was gonna bring more eggs and she said yes, but brought everything else out first and I finally gave up and left before the eggs ever came out. Very disappointing. The parking was fine and the front staff was great but that’s about the only positive thing there was about that place.

All turned out pretty good. I got a room on the other side of the hotel NOT facing the freeway. The room WAS CLEAN, the BED WAS CLEAN, the BATHROOM WAS CLEAN - the carpet might have been stained and that's it. I was surprised about the HOT COMPLIMENTARY breakfast (scrambled eggs, etc) - which really came in handy for me. The location is not glamorous (near a trucking container looking area) and getting in and out onto Franklin was tricky if there was traffic. But the stay WAS VERY SATISFACTORY and it's possible I would consider staying there again Thank you very much to Sleep Inn Nampa - you were better than what the many Yelp reviews said

Needs a little upgrade

Location great for me. Enjoyed the breakfast on site!

Right off of the freeway, so easy to find. 3rd floor was quiet from other guests. 4 pillows on queen bed. Enough towels for 1 person for 4 days. Electrical outlets well placed for charging devices. Traffic noise from the parking lot was a little loud. Room felt very dated and needs some work. Light in shower was very dim and the cover is broken. Very low water pressure on cold from the sink. Very thin comforter and sheets.

In the process of moving from Florida to Idaho and in the adventure stayed in Motel 8, motel 6, Ramada Inn and Red Lion. Sleep Inn was the best of all in customer service, cleanliness, ameneties, breakfast selection and comfort. Will be staying there again.

The refrigerator froze our drinks causing them to explode and create a mess, in just a overnight time. The curtains had food stains, the celling had black streak marks like dead bugs or something. The AC was loud and horrible rattle, and didn't produce very cool air. the was no house keeping service when trash was needed so people just piled trash outside in hallway. The pool only had a few towels, when we went to front desk, was told there were no more. The shower was a joke, the door wouldn't stay shut and leaked water out to floor and out out carpet. the on off switch for water was very odd, need to upgrade that to normal one. The floor would before slip and very severe slip hazard. the fan in bathroom did not work. there was no full length mirror. no liner for ice bucket, so yuck.. remote was sticky.

Was a great stay. Rooms were clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Wish the pool and hot tub room would have been open a bit later, but still very satisfied.

Clean comfortable room. Good hot breakfast.

Basic motel, small room but still good for a couple. I'd stay there again

It didn’t feel safe. Our room was not clean and the whole place smelled like pot.

The beds were comfortable and the sheets were of a good quality. But one bed was too close to the wall. The air conditioner was not too loud and functioned real well. The breakfast was more than I expected and the food was good, with a lot of choices. Loved the pool and hot tub. Didn't care for the shower door. With the large gaps it allowed water to get on the bathroom floor. The toilet never really completely shut off once the flush and tank refill was complete. The refrigerator froze fresh vegetables.
