The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful at all times. The valets outside were very chatty while we waited on our ubers & advised us on where to eat when asked. The room was beautiful & spotlessly clean.Nothing negative to say, really enjoyed my stay there. Nothing at all to say.

20 min walk to Printers and Broadway. Not too far, but far enough to be quiet.
-
Our room was clean and comfortable, the roof-top bar was beautiful and staff were very friendly.

Great hotel - highly recommend it

Great new hotel, everything was very clean. Staff was friendly and it’s in a great location.
-
Loved it! Definitely going to stay here again.
-
The hotel stay was good. Staff and parking attendants were great. The room was small. The ceiling could have a different look.
-
Not far from downtown Nashville. Was a bit concerned by the neighborhood as the hotel staff did not recommend walking at nighttime.

We had a lovely stay, beds were so comfy, we felt very safe in midtown and enjoyed lots of walks. we were very disappointed the food/ breakfast very poor, Luxe restaurant not well equipped with Food & Drinks, disappointed if we placed our order & they were sold out of many drinks & food. Reception staff did not have a good knowledge of local places of interest and did not try to help, when we checked out I went to the desk with our keys and the receptionist pointed to a bowl to place them in absolutely no conversation or best wishes, it was so rude we laughed! Beds have a very sharp corner at each end & we had multiple bruises from same

Comfortable - not too far from my destination. Staff was professional. Cool warehouse room vibe. A little noisy from the street.

It was ok.

I loved the downstairs bar and lounge area. The bathroom was wonderful with a Bluetooth mirror and glass shower. From the vanity and flat screen , the room was beautiful. I did not like the ceilings in the room. I stayed in room 613 and the ceiling looked like it was under construction. I also did not like how the thermostat worked, the room did not get as cold as i would like it. The property also does not have any parking except valet. I stayed Friday through Sunday and parking was hard since parties were parking on the side of the road. Valet was between 45-75 , we were never told the exact price a night.

Room was nice. Comfortable, with tall ceilings giving it an open, airy feel. Couch was nice, blackout curtains, comfortable bed, great pillows. Staff was friendly. Good location walkable to downtown. Would stay here again.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Only a $15-20 Uber to downtown without being in the middle of the noise. Love the rooftop bar and valet parking ($44 a night) I was updated to a large corner suite with floor to ceiling windows - very nice! The only negative was the $9 they charged me for 2 water bottles!
-
Clean and modern w good rooftop bar that had a great acoustic musician at happy hour. Very nice for the price
-
