Great vibes
-
Always a blast at Virgin! Great atmosphere and great entertainment! They really take care of you. My cousin enjoyed her birthday and the staff at the people and front desk staff really made it a special day!
-
Great hotel. Other than a freezing cold pool we had a wonderful stay, the nicest staff and great Nashville location.
-
Staff was outstanding and I think that’s what makes this property stand out. Pool area very small and limited. Unfortunately we were unable to use it because there was no space available.
-
Ice machine did not work. Housekeeping removed towels and clothes but did not replace them. Ordered replacements but only got one. We used the two instant coffee pouches the first morning and were not replaced the duration of our trip.
-
Room was very nice, large window with a nice view. Bed was really comfortable, TV kept turning off every time we changed the channel! Food and drink were top notch both room service and The Commons Club. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Great hotel in a great location.

Great amenities, food and excellent location
-
The room is comfortable, big bed, great blackout blinds. It feels rather perfunctory with no heart, slow and inefficient service, and is a $20+ ride to Broadway which was more than expected. Room servicing was hit and miss, and I had to chase tea/coffee supplies each day as they weren't topped up.
-
It was a very beautiful hotel with a great unique vibe. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
-
I found clipped fingernails on the bed.
-
No water in the room, had to call twice for a shower cap….they delivered a shoe mitt…,CVS was useful. Had a $40 credit that said we did not have in checking and only confirmed while we were checking out. A solid 3 to 4 star property best for pool side hangout and bar drinking….

Everything
-
The rooftop was beautiful The staff were generally rude and unhelpful (apart from the luggage staff with long brown hair)
-
We waited 48 hours for a tray to be collected from outside our room. It was 37 celsius and it was a room service tray. I spoke to reception twice but it didn’t make much difference, and it wasn’t collected until we left. Our full length mirror had a crack in it, and the ceiling had tape marks. Virgin Edinburgh is outstanding but I feel like this venue needs a bit of work and training. The lift button on the left from floor 8 doesn’t work fyi. Wasn’t worth the amount I paid.
-
They went above and beyond to help our large group navigate and enjoy Nashville. A special thank-you to Greg, Jordan, Kayla, and Bianca—and my apologies to those whose names I didn’t get to remember. You all made our stay truly special! Thank you for an amazing experience. I will definitely be back! ❤️

Fantastic location in a quieter part of midtown Nashville but close enough to walk downtown. The room was very nice and super clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful with ideas for activities. They have a wonderful bar and pool too. Definitely will stay here again!
-
We love visiting the Virgin. The staff is always so friendly and the location is great to Vanderbilt and fantastic restaurants. We've stayed other places when visiting our kids at school, but we really like the vibe at the Virgin!
-
The concierge who helped with bags did go above and beyond.
