The location was good for road links. It was easy to get an Uber into the centre of Nashville. The keyless system was very smooth. The cost of parking at the hotel

The hotel was generally good. However, I had a major issue with the key code multiple times. On my first night, I returned to the hotel at 11:30 pm, and the key code didn't work. I went back down to the front desk and no one was there, the bartender who was on the way out stopped to help me (thankfully!) and was unable to get the code working. The front desk person finally arrived (she was late to work) and she finally got the code to work after a few tries, she walked me to my room to make sure, so that was helpful. Then, very early the next morning at 7 a.m., I heard someone punching the key code outside my door; it was a bit alarming, to be honest. I went to the door and saw some guy punching the keypad. When I asked him what he was doing, he said the code was offline, and he was trying to fix it. I think they should have called or texted me to let me know someone would be outside my room that early in the morning. I thought someone was trying to get in my room! I texted the front desk, and they apologized and offered me "drink coupons". I then had to get another code two more times before it actually worked. The staff were all very nice and tried to be helpful, but the key code thing is a huge issue. I think key cards are a much safer, better option. I kept thinking, "Who all has my key code"? "Can anyone just come into my room if they know the code?" That doesn't feel safe as a woman staying alone in a hotel room.

AC unit was really loud, would wake us in the night. Most staff were friendly, evening front desk always heads down

Great bar, pool and coffee shop. Very relaxing and easy to check in.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and had a cool vibe. We loved the lobby/bar area. Great food & drinks. The pool and outdoor area was also awesome. There isn’t a proper reception/full check in experience - so be mindful of that if you’re checking in at night. We checked in online before, although I’m sure you could check in with the front staff. Another note was that while the beds were very comfy the pillows are extremely thick and the housekeeping only came at end of stay.

This is a very chill, cool vibe. California feel, not the South. Getting downtown is super easy- getting back from downtown a little complicated with the construction around Drift, but you'll figure out the short cuts. Hint: 2 Main Sts. Take the one on the other side of the viaduct. Pool amazing, workout space great, just perfect and good food.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, the soap smells amazing (seriously, I need to know what it is!), and the pool is gorgeous. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the gym is—it has a great variety of machines. There are so many little nooks and spaces throughout the property to sit, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. The café and bar are both top-notch, and the service is consistently great. It feels like a place that gives you a chance to slow down and breathe while still being close to everything Nashville has to offer. Three stays in, and I’ll definitely be back!

The proximity to the Nissan Stadium was my primary reason for choosing this hotel but it was also near to a couple of bus routes to allow me to be a tourist in Nashville. Facilities were great breakfasts were fine. The staff were outstandingly friendly.
