How close it was without too much traffic. You have to pay for the “ parking garage” I feel like a hotel should have parking especially with it being 400$ a night but that’s just me

Very well located right in the Midtown Expensive parking $50 dollars por night plus processing parking company fees

Location was close enough to Broadway but you don’t have to deal with all the people and noise. 6-7 minute uber ride. Needs to be updated

Staff was helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Location is good, about a 20min walk to all the attractions on Broadway

I noted that the bathroom floor did not get cleaned

Great stay and location

We actually checked out 1 day early due to personal reasons. We did not ask for refund for accomodation for that day as decision was made too late, but we did ask not to be charged for third day of car parking. We spoke to reception and the car park attendant about this and were assured we would not be. We were in fact charged. We rang reception and asked for a refund and were told we would be refunded. We are yet to get a refund.

The hotel was close to bars and restaurants.

Stay was good overall

The hotel was very clean. Suite was big & well equipped. Excellent breakfast bar with lots of variety. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Yolanda on the reception desk went overboard being so helpful and kind. I'd stay here again hoping to see her!

Computers slow Elevator not working properly

Room very clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

It was overall a decent experience. Unfortunately my fridge went out in the middle of the night and I lost all the food I had in there, and it was never replaced or accommodated. Otherwise it wasn’t a bad place and in a pinch I would stay again. Staff was nice, breakfast was good and overall it was pretty decent.
