Check-in isn’t until **4:00 PM**, and you have to be out by **11:00 AM**. We arrived early, and there was no one there to speak with about possibly getting into the room early. I even texted the number they provided and never received a response. Then there was the parking pass. 😂 They give you a laminated piece of paper, probably about 8.5 x 3 inches, to put in your window. On the back, it tells you that it has to be returned to the room when you leave. And the best part? If you don’t return it, they charge you **$100**. Yes… $100 for a laminated piece of paper. For $230, a 4:00 PM check-in, an 11:00 AM check-out, no one available to speak with, and a potential $100 charge for a laminated parking pass, I just don’t see the value. It was nice and the room was spacious, but definitely not worth what we paid.

It was a great spot! I would definitely stay here again!!

The bar staff and bar were great! The room itself was also clean and nice. The bathroom area especially was my favorite part of the room. The hotel's phone number is basically just a joke. You will never receive an answer or a call back. When I arrived, there was no instruction on where the courtyard rooms were. I had to ask the bar tender at the bar to help show me where it was, but upon finding the door, the door code with buttons were broken, so to get into the hallway we had to use a straw to unlock it every time. The door keypad was also VERY tricky. If you tap it, it automatically counts wherever you tapped as a part of the code. When we got back to our room at night time, we got locked out and had to sit outside in the bar patio for an hour waiting for the door keypad to work again. We nearly had to sleep on the patio. No one answered any of our calls for assistance, and after checking more reviews from this place, this is a very common occurrence. I totally understand this is a boutique hotel and have stayed at many before, but never one with no customer service whatsoever. Also "parking" is $25 when there is a ton of free street parking right next to the bar/hotel.

The bed was comfortable. The location was near a lot of other businesses and places to go. The experience was very confusing. There was no clear check-in location or directions. We had to wander through the courtyard and bar and try and find someone to talk to. We received pre-check in texts but it didn't clearly say you could just go straight to the room and that you could text with any questions throughout the stay. No one seemed to know anything about the accommodations, they seemed to all work at the bar. The floor and room smelled really musty and damp. It was dusty and didn't look like it was cleaned very well. They bed had several mystery hairs - making me question if they were fresh sheets. We also didn't get the size room we booked - we reserved a king deluxe and ended up with a standard queen room. There was no one to talk to resolve the issue. Parking was also confusing - we had to try and find someone to ask and just kind of guessed on what to do. It had a permit in the room but it wasn't obvious. The towels were ratty and mismatched. The pictures of the hotel look way nicer than they are in real life. Online it looks like a cute, contemporary, hip place. In real life - it looks like they tried but took a lot of short cuts. It really missed the mark.

I loved the location and how nice the room was. Parking is a little misleading. Bathroom floors could have been cleaner, but this is me being picky. The fan in the room did not work and one of the lights by the bed was also not working.

Central location and the bar was great

Location Dirty, smelled like mold and was very weird and damp in the room. Our cloths and luggage smell. Blood stain on sheets, no soap on the bathroom to shower with. No one on site and overall just a gross room.

We arrived late. The property was clean and comfortable from what I could tell. It was on the second floor

The bed is amazing tho, what brand? Also very convenient to downtown bars. The shower never got warm so definitely not hot enough for a shower. Not sure what you can do more for making it quiet but we were frequently woken up. Also for $300 a night, cosmically I would think the carpet wouldn't be lumpy and there wouldn't be paint chips throughout the room along with rusty vents.

Great location. Walk to nearby bars and restaurants and some shopping. Nice bar inside the hotel. We were there for the Tomato Art Festival and it was right in the middle of it. Very convenient.

Conveniently located, everything in walking distance.

The area has almost any restaurant you could want.

The Reunion is our new “Go to” hotel for all our stays in East Nashville. Lots of neat local shops and restaurants all around. It has such a cool vibe. Love the decor! Bed was super comfy, very soft sheets and great pillows. Shower is roomy and has a hand held wand. Love the soaps.

My wife loved the decor and the views

Nothing. When we arrived, we noticed the lock on the outside door was broken. When we entered the room, we noticed an adjoining door to the room next to us. This would be fine, however, this door had no lock. It didn’t even have a way to securely close the door. This property is extremely unsafe, especially for women. On top of that, the room was extremely muggy, not clean, and there were visible stains on the pillows. I’ve yet to get a response from the host regarding these lock issue. We left within 20 minutes of arriving and had to get a hotel room elsewhere. Not only is this unsafe, it breaks all sorts of life safety codes. A hotel room without a lock is absolutely ridiculous.

Everything was ok. The patio could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise it was good.

Parking - we had some issues with the automated system. On Saturdays, it caps at 5 hours, so you can’t extend you parking. Television - the Apple TV in our room was not functional, all Apps popped up with a message that “there was a billing issue with your account, sign in”. Bathroom - there is a vent fan above the toilet that dripped on you constantly. It dripped every 10 seconds or so. Staff - there is none. It’s a self check-in process. If you need anything during your stay, you’re out of luck.

good location , great bar trouble with digital push button door keys

The whole set up with the bar was super nice and friendly. Easy check in and out. Plus having a punching bag in the room was great! The only issue was I couldn’t get the safe to work. Not sure If it needs service or if it was me.

This works like an Air B&B no staff on site, but that was no problem. The room was spacious. The shower has a glass door and is is open to the room so if you are sharing the room with someone keep that in mind. The parking is limited, but we had no problem getting a spot. There is a nice bar that is open to the public. The bed was comfortable and there was a large table. I worked from the room so the spacious table was nice. On the same block as the hotel there are several restaurants. This will be our go to stay when we have activities in East Nashville.
