Mixed feelings about this hotel. Breakfast was great and location was good. Room had some issues. The toilet was not secured to the floor and rocked. The bed skirt and pillow cases had stains. You could hear neighboring rooms tvs through the walls. Somewhat of a musty smell in the room. Staff was helpful.

Disappointed for the cost!! Checked in turned air on left for an event came back room was HOT! Air was not working Went to desk they acted like there wasn’t another room available! The gal never hesitated from her personal call acted inconvenienced! Then our room change over was not a comparable room & no credits TV didn’t work No blow dryer in that room it was absolutely terrible

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool/spa area was closed for maintenance, did not state that when I made the reservation. The workers from the front desk did come help us get the tv to work since there weren’t any instructions saying you HAD TO go to input hdmi3. We could not login to any streaming services because of this, tv would only work on hdmi3 input. It was fairly quiet & had everything else we needed for the weekend stay.

Everything was great but the breakfast was a little lacking. So many of these hotels are just phoning in breakfasts now, frozen and reheated and taste is lacking

Check in they gave me a key and told me a room number; no ask for ID or card. The room was fine. I asked about breakfast, the front desk person shrugged and said I think 6am. I asked about the pool; sign said spa closed. Once again a shrug and said i think both are closed. At 550am there was no sign of breakfast being prepared to be open at 6am so we just left. No one at front desk to ask. Toseed key on counter and left. Not a good visit and disappointed in the pool and breakfast. This was why I booked the hotel.

Staff was helpful but property overall needed work. Cleanliness was fair, hot tub did not work, toilet ran, etc. Breakfast was a 3 out of 10.
