The front desk supervisor from Nepal was very professional and polite. No room service.

Walking distance to everything!

Dated hotel without any frills. Staff was helpful and nice. Good location if you’re going to Yale. Rooms are dark and sparse. You can hear a lot of hallway noise. Bathroom had no soap or other toiletries items outside of those on the shower wall. When asked, the front desk provided those. Old shower. Old carpet. Little decor. Clean. But dated.

Clean room. Furniture little dated and the tv did not work. Struggled for hours trying to watch tv

The city of New Haven was a big disappointment. The park near Yale was disgusting. Trash was everywhere. We were also very nervous walking around at night. We had one guy follow us and asking for money. I didn’t realize New Haven had a big crime rate. On the other hand, Yale was beautiful, and we had delicious apizza at Sally’s. We stayed for one night and were happy to get out of NH in the morning.

Very convenient location!

Nice staff during check in.

Aesthetically pleasing, bedroom & bathroom were spacious and clean. Property and facilities was fine, standard hotel. Staff however needs retraining specifically Stephanie on how to address customers. A polite suggestion of making guests aware of the need for keycard to leave garage, was met with hostility and rude remarks. Also even though reservation situation was resolved in person at front desk in the morning, I was still disturbed via phone call for nothing.

All in all a good stay. Just know that there is no cable on the tv so getting stuck inside from the rain had us downloading apps to cast to the tv to watch football. That was fairly annoying. All else was fine.

Pleasant staff, nice facility

The rooms were small and you could tell they hadn’t been updated in a very long time. Parking was tight and across the street and they charged you extra for it convenient location, but that was about it.

Very nice hotel in the heart of New Haven. Good clean rooms, great location, good parking. No free breakfast but plenty of good places nearby.
