The staff where absolutely lovely, and incredibly helpful! There where little surprises and delights all through our stay there, the location of the hotell is incredible, within walking distance from evrything you could want to see. They even allowed us to keep the car parked in their garage well after check out!

The staff from the minute you entered the property was outstanding. From the Valet to the Front Desk associate - so warm and welcoming. The team on the 19th floor was so kind to my elderly Dad at Breakfast. They made some great recommendations for site seeing and local food options. The only downside was the noise from the street - firetrucks, sirens and motorcycles all night long.

Arrived in New Haven via Amtrak from New York - there's a free bus shuttle service just outside the station and it stops outside the Omni. A very friendly and helpful welcome to a lovely hotel very near the Green and Yale campus, historic buildings and churches. Our room was large and well appointed. The buffet breakfast (you can choose a la carte as well) was excellent, $32 each for a lovely choice of dishes, complete with a view across New England. Dinner in the evening was excellent as well. Right next door there's Barcelona for tapas dishes, this too was a treat. Must sees include Yale Museum of English Art (Louis Kahn architect) and Yale Art Gallery, and just wandering around this very important part of US history. Thanks to everyone at the Omni for a lovely two day stay. Onwards to Providence by Amtrak ... All perfect, thanks!

The City View suite had the best view of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Hotel very clean. Staff great. But that view is what made it worth every penny...

Excellent staff and very clean facilities, including room, exercise room, and lobby. Backup plans for coffee/gift shop being open should be made as one day it was closed during prime morning hours. Only negative was it's right in the bar zone between Church and Chapel. If you are there Friday or Saturday, plan on being up quite late.
