Nothing. They choose not to accept my reservation and booking.com helped me get a refund, but it was atrocious. It was dirty, there were no staff, they canceled all breakfast hours, the kiosk staff were awful and rude and kept hanging up on me.

Nobody at the reception you have to register through Visio but the women who clean up the rooms are very kind Nobody at the reception, motel is disused with broken doors & windows. Rooms are squatted by homeless people, some other men come all night long, make noise & do their business! Not a safe place at all… useless to say that there is no breakfast included, no more fitness center nevertheless it is stipulated on the website. Not clean enough and old fashioned.

i come here because of the pool n breakfast but either one of them r available at the moment it use to b so much cleaner n nice around here its not what it use to b n i understand its under construction the towels the towel's they give isn't enough to small

Good location The front desk was not attended and used a online kiosk which was unavailable to resolve issues later. No towels in the room. A breakfast was promised but none was provided. The facilities were not well maintained or cleaned. I requested a refund but I do not believe one was issued.

Nothing, it gave me the worst anxiety attacks I've ever had Flea bites, a dirty place. The only clean area was the entrance after that the place is in shambles and horrible. I can't seem to get my money back so my next option seems to be to get a lawyer.

The room looked much better on line. First we went to a room that was nothing like what we booked. It was upstairs even though my wife had a surgical procedure. The bed was small and the room had been smoked in. They moved us downstairs to a room with a bigger bed but moisture was a huge problem with the floor actually wet. What can I say, Hotels.com just doesn’t seem to be getting the rooms right.

I stay in lots of hotels and i have stayed at this property numerous times. For under $50 i don't expect perfection but WOW! The room smelled like a giant wet dog, cocktoachs everywhere, chewed up furniture, pieces of dog food on the floor, smoke detector gone and mold around the bathtub. YUCK!! They need to do some serious work to the peoperty.
