The view from our room was amazing. The staff were so attentive and welcoming. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

The cleaning service and city views I didn’t book the room that was given to my wife and me. For 2 night's The room we received was extremely small, the bed and the space felt more like a kids’ room, and there wasn’t even a table or a chair. For $1,400, I felt the room was completely unreasonable for what we received. I complained and asked to be moved to a better room, and then I was charged an additional $300 just to get a more appropriate room. I don’t think it’s fair to pay $1,700 in total when the original room was not what I expected or what I believed I had booked. I would like this situation reviewed and the additional $300 charge reconsidered.

Great stay. Quiet and clean rooms. Gets busy on Friday/Saturday nights at the bar.

The studio suite city view is amazing. Fantastic view and hot tub :) highly recommend !

the room was spacious and the views were lovely. the elevators were very slow. the location was great. the staff was great. the restaurant-bar was very nice. some things were not so great: the usb-socket did not work. the water went down very slowly in the sink.

Party, open to public, held on hotel rooftop every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Too noisy! Elevator painfully slow. Charged "Urban fee" for amenities not even used.

One of the nicer all around decent hotels we stayed in and during our trip - almost all staff wasn't informative. And very helpful. There was one staff who was continuously assuming that my name was my bf's name even after seeing my ID - but not the biggest deal just moved on but it was weird. Other than that some of the most helpful kind staff from ALL our hotels we stayed at this trip. The ladies were absolutely lovely. The elevator was extremely annoying! There was a party that people that we're not saying at the hotel were coming in for and it took 5 + minues to stand waiting for an elevator then when it arrived i was in an elevator with 12 othe bodies in my pajamas while they went to the rooftop - I feel this was extremely inconsiderate and there were 2 elevators extra they chose not to run all night long. at least keep those two elevators dedicated to the guest and the other to the party

So overall, would not recommend this hotel.

Found a bug on the bed and immediately checked out. I will never return back!
