The location is especially convenient for us since it’s close to our daughter’s apartment, making it the perfect place to stay when we’re visiting. It has become our go-to hotel when we’re in Brooklyn, and we look forward to staying there again. Highly recommended!
-
Great Williamsburg location and incredible skyline views of Manhattan from our balcony. Rooftop bar is perfect for sunset cocktails over the city.
-
Little things could use updating like all of the wardrobe doors, interior and exterior doors, etc. Chipped and wobbly. Design of the shower / tub was awkward. Room service coffee was not hot. The view is fun but that’s about it.

The worst service possible.

Great location. Rooms feel very tired, not a particularly warm greeting on check in. The staff in west light are VERY rude. Wouldn’t even go there!

The hotel was beautiful & it was the perfect place for our staycation. The views were amazing and the hotel smelled heavenly. Close to several attractions, it’s a place I will surely return to.

It’s in Brooklyn Dirty, very shabby, needs updating, pool closed unnecessarily early in the season. Gym is tiny and extremely dirty. Elevators are small, creaky and slow. At check out i was charged for many mini bar items which I didnt consume and had to make a complaint.

From the pool to the view from your room. Even good room service breakfast. One of my favs in Brooklyn.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was pristine and comfortable. We had a deck with great views. We enjoyed the hotel's lovely piazza for dinner and late night drinks. Highly recommend.

The rooms are nicely maintained but there are a lot of wear and tear now. But everything else was great.
-

Passable

The hotel itself and our room in particular were phenomenal. We happened to be there during a conference which seemed to take over the lobby and public spaces and a central restaurant, so that was a bit inconvenient and unpleasant. That said, the staff could not have been livelier, I believe we were upgraded to a corner room with a massive terrace and the location for walking., dining, recreating, could not be beat. Can’t wait to come back!!

Friendly staff, clean spacious room! Loved the balcony and pool. We had an issue where the door lock battery went dead and we couldn’t get in. They sent someone up at 11:30pm to fix and then called us and offered to comp our pool tab for our troubles! Amazing service.
