The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I really appreciated all the plant-based soaps, lotions and shampoo. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, especially Miguel at the front desk. Overall wonderful experience at this hotel. Thank you so much!

Spacious room and great location. Exceptional customer service from Miguel at the front desk. There was a maintenance issue in the room that required assistance. Gary took care of it in an expeditious manner.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Hotel is well located too. Only slight downfall is the restaurant downstairs that is pretty limited at times.

Staff were very helpful! We did have a very loud fan (heat/AC) while trying to get to sleep.

Great staff and stay!

*Room- straight up? A bit smaller than I expected (hoped?) But clean and fresh. We got a standard double btw. Linen crispy & beds made impeccably. *breakfast- get the vouchers. Not only worth it but actually delicious and cooked fresh when ordered. *Parking- we parked at Hub on shermerhorner very close but no in/out, and its leave your fob valet. So bring all your stuff with you. Close to subway. 5 min. Walk to Q line 30 min. ride to MoMA. Perfect. Thanks ya'll -57 M with teenage daughter.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of train stations, Whole Foods, Barclays Center, and more. The property itself is very nice, the gym is great, and the small market in the lobby is super convenient.

Friendly and super helpful staff.

The room rate is good, but the service is negligent; they forgot to empty the trash bin in the room and charge a fee for storing luggage after check-out.

No AC, a dirty air filter, and an unclean room. All three guests subsequently developed respiratory infections/symptoms. Given these serious health and cleanliness concerns, I am requesting a full refund and additional compensation.

My room was excellent and also included a yoga mat, yoga block, and a foam roller. Surprisingly useful when I had a leg cramp from a days walking.

Close to subway access, central location to all the sights of interest. The hotel itself was clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Would stay again.

This place is great and I would absolutely stay here again except for one thing. The internet doesn't work. The staff told me that it's an ongoing problem. I had seen in another review a few months back that the internet doesn't work. So I'm only giving a bad rating bc of the internet (which is a big deal when you're on a work trip). If they fix the internet I'll definitely be back.
