There was poop smeared in the hallway for 2 days.

So much black mold in bathroom. Leading mini fridge, no iron in the room and none to be found to iron my shirt before a meeting. Bedding was also not clean and overall a huge disappointment

Everything was good The staff was gone. The room was clean. Everything was perfect for my stay

There were no ammenties the bed was dirty, missing sheets blood on pillows. It was loud in the hotel from people screaming all night long and the staff wouldn't do anything about it. Every 5 star review of this hotel has to be fake, upon digging, many others have shared this experience and said do not stay here. So I too say DO NOT STAY HERE ITS OVERPRICED AND A SCAM

Will never go bad room was horrible bed was dirty sheets cigarettes burn room has no where to hang your clothes room smell of weed bed uncomfortable hurts your back nasty nasty need a refund they change the room still horrible took my own sheet pillows and towel

The bedding was vertically musty. There was no toilet paper and the bath gel dispenser was empty. Super noisy as there’s a loud venue nearby. Customers were loud in the hall, laughing, talking and slamming doors late. I had to sleep with headphones turned on.

Didn't even stay an hour. Shower had mold everywhere and there was arguing outside our door. And don't even ask about the noises coming thru the walls. I didn't feel safe at all and would not have been able to sleep if we stayed.

There were bedbugs, No water in the bathroom at one point. Also we ordered two queen beds but it was only doubles

My only problem was the heat wasn’t working on the ac.

Staff was wonderful and took care of everything for us.

Everything was ok but need more parking spaces and need higher toilets

From first entering this hotel my family and I were met with zero hospitality. Stepping into the elevator we were met with grime and a mildew scent. As we walked to our room we noticed zero efforts in cleaning the halls and major need of vacuuming. But that didn’t compare to what was waiting in our room. The bathroom and bedroom were absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was covered in grime, fingerprints on the mirrors, hair in the drain, no hand soap. I had to ask for towels several times before they finally brought them as there was only one provided for my daughters and I. The noise of the train will wake you up every 5 minutes but I wouldn’t have minded had the room been clean. This place is fraudulent with their advertising, as it looks nothing like the photos online. It is not worth the money nor the headache. We had booked 3 nights, we could only manage one of those nights. Luckily we had family nearby that allowed us to stay with them. So do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel this is not the one. Pretty sure alll the 5 stars are fake. I feel I should have a complete refund on my credit card considering the horrible experience, and false and misleading advertising.

Bathroom had no toilet paper, I found hair on face cloths, bathroom wall & inside shower. In addition there’s a noisy train that I had to listen to all night long.

The staff were clearly unhappy to be there, the other guests were unhappy to be staying there, the sheets had old stains on them from past guests and it is not as nice as it looks in the pictures… lots of people partying and going in and out, near the metro and quite loud.

Parking has a very narrow entrance ai am scared to get in Chicago’s alley are bigger than the hotel parking entrance it’s to tight easily can damage the car
